Today I went in to take my siblings for their school event. I feel like I got adequate service considering the fact that there... were 40 families all ordering at the same time+ online orders. It was sad to see how parents were complaining and getting angryat the employees knowing there are 20 other parents also experiencing the same inconvenience and there were only 6 employees whowere really working non stop. Huge shout out to Brandon (manager). He is absolutely awesome. I had 2 time cards for my kids and paused them thinking they... could be used on another day (they cannot). He quickly stepped in, educated me about the 2 options for playing games so i dontmake the mistake again, and recharged the cards to make up for the time lost all while having a smile on his face. Normally I'm not a fan of their pizza. But we dined in this time so the kids could play games. The staff was very friendly. And... I actually liked the pizza very much. Decently priced. Must try their breadsticks. Those are absolutely yummy!! And obviously wehad fun playing all the games. Kids each got a ball from the crane game and liked the little toys they got for their tickets.Plenty of games. We even let our inner kid come out and played as well! Read more
I was traveling for work and thought this would be a quick stop. BAD CHOICE. Small Pepperoni pizza was horrible! No taste, no... flavor, not one good thing to say about the pizza. Side salad $2.99 was fresh made, Ranch dressing was an inexpensive brand -little flavor. I think it was around $16 for lunch. ???? Read more
