Was there for a family friends kids birthday. We have come here for years for birthdays and never once had an issue. This last... time around was absolutely the worst experience. The attendant was always no where to be found. Never checked on us unless wewent up and asked for help from another employee. They had no idea what our party package, amount of food/drinks, was and theyraised the prices of it all! Used to pay $200 including beer for adults and tip for the attendant. All of this was $500 beforetip! Crazy! Safe to say we will no longer be doing birthdays here anymore. Party goers beware! Read more
We always go for our kids school fundraiser and last time they went it was a blast for the kids and food was served on time free... refills on soda and of course lots of games with lots of prizes. Read more
Haven't been to one of their locations in awhile but decided that the kid wanted some games and pizza. What better place to... go? We placed our order at the front and didn't wait very long to pick up our food. Pizza was good, couldn't complain at allespecially with how cheap the bundles are. Played some games, had some laughs, scored some prizes and all in all had a greattime. I think the only thing that I observed was the amount of tables that weren't cleaned and ready for guests to take a seat.Otherwise appeared to be a well run facility. Read more
Wasn't the best experience I've had - other locations always had amazing service for my son's party but this one was by far the... worse. They only took our pizza order, got that wrong. Then never came back to check on the party.... Not only that we didn'teven have our table decorated or anything (it was included in the package) the only reason I gave them 2 stars is cause the kidsstill had fun playing and eating. This pizza hasn't changed in years & we're glad! It's just simple, no fancy stuff about it. It's served hot & the ingredients... taste fresh. This is one stop on our trips that we make sure to eat at. The restaurant was clean & the staff was helpful? Pricesare a bit high for the pizza but if you go during lunch you can get the all-you-can-eat buffet. Pizza, pasta, salad, dessert, &a drink. Read more

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. We used to go to the one in Scottsdale, AZ. It was closing at 7 so we decided to try... this as my daughter was in town with her kids and wanted to get together with the 3 other daughters, husband's andgrandkids. The surprise pizza was excellent. Never thought I'd find myself saying that about this kind of restaurant. Not evena pizza lover. Dads got their draft beer, 8 grandkids, and 9 adults and we were still at around 150 including games. I thinkthey purchased more time. A little confused still about how the timed version works, but recommend this restaurant. They couldlose the masks though. Read more
