The employees who work there are very generous to the children. On more than one occasion my daughter has gone to redeem her... tickets for prizes and even if she didn't have the exact amount, the employees went ahead and let her get the prizes she wanted.Theyve never turned her down saying she doesn't have enough. I made a call in order for a large cheese and they told me it would take 25-30 mins which I was ok with, 30 mins after I called... I went and payed for the pizza and asked about how long for it and they then told me it will be 35-40 mins, I proceeded to tellthem why is it gunna take so long after the fact I called ahead 30 mins ago and still gotta wait for it, I then requested amanager and no manager ended up coming to speak with my just one of the employees telling me they’ll try to get a rush on it.It seem like all these employees and managers don’t even know what there doing, most of them are standing around texting andin there phones!
