this is going to be 2 reviews in 1 because it covers 2 dates. September 25th, 2022: I ordered 2 Papadias which were supposed to... have Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, and Onions on both of them with NO Alfredo Sauce. What I got were 2 Papadias that had NOPepperoni or Alfredo Sauce, but did have Banana Peppers and it didn't seem like either one had any ingredients outside of asprinkle on them. Wasn't real pleased since I dropped $28.50 on this order. Next: September 28, 2022: Ordered what was supposedto be an Epic Pepperoni Stuffed Pizza Crust ( 1 topping ) which was supposed to be well done. Here it was a littledifferent..... This Pizza was NOT edible. it was WAY over cooked, there was hardly any ingredients on it compared to pizzas inthe past, and it even looked like it was an olde pizza that had been sitting around and then was re cooked. The crust was thinand hard. I spent $32.00 on this order and filled out a Feedback form. Yesterday, I called the store and explained all this tothe manager, and she told me what she was going to do and refund me $27.97. I spent $60.00 and got this as an offer. Theattitude that came across was take it or leave it. I'm really disappointed in the level of Customer Service I've received thisweek. So, now I'm on the fence about whether or not I will continue to do business here. This Papa John's may have betteringredients, but Customer Service is what keeps people coming back. They messed up my $50 order with no remorse. Worse Papa Johns I ever experienced do not waste your money at this location. Chris... the Gm has no customer service skills and hung up on me. Edna who messed up the pizza just kept lieing about messing up thepizza when I called back. They put no meat on a Philly pizza gave me a cheese pizza and couldn't even give me wings that Iordered gave me cheap chicken tender poppers. Don't waste you rmoney here. This place needs to be shut down. Come pick up thisfood you bottom of society scum. This isn't what I ordered. Get a real job. Your worthless you cant even make pizzas at a pizzashop. Read more
Dozens of pizza doughs left out, no gloves, no hairnets, and undercooked pizza. Awful and unsanitary. Update: just got off the... phone with a manager who said they have never used gloves or hairnets when prepping food because ?nothing is raw?. THERE ISPIZZA DOUGH RIGHT THERE. Read more
My order was wrong. I ordered a stuffed crust supreme... They charged me extra for the stuffed crust and when I got home and... opened my box it was regular crust and the toppings was shy... I recommend checking ur pizza before u leave the store if youorder from here...they WONT fix it if u leave the store with the product, so check it before u leave!!! Read more
I ordered the NY style crust and thought I was going to get what is pictured.....nope. Turns out I did something wrong, lol. I... ended up with a cheese pizza and not pepperoni. My fault! ???? It was fine, nothing special. We got their new pizza that has pepperoni in the crust. The service was fine, pizza was average.... Don't plan to order again because it's expensive for a just fine pizza. Read more
