Ordered 14 Pizza's for my employees for lunch (with plenty of notice ordered the night before) - and they were delivered 25... minutes late. I called them 4 different times while waiting but no-one answered phone until the 5th try. The Pizzas were goodbut my vegan employee went hungry because they did not follow instructions and hold the cheese on her veggie bowl. Trying adifferent Pizza shop next time. Read more
Lol I just seen the reviews, they are so accurate! I purchased a pizza for delivery for my family and waited 2 hours for it to... never come! I had to go to work so I left the money with my sister and told her to pay them when it come but they never showedup. I told her to call while I listened in the background because my job is loud., A man (we thought it was a man) answered andwas rude the entire time. My sister tried to inform the young man that our food never came and they kept forwarding our calls tothe papa johns corporate number just for corporate to say ?you need to handle it with the store manager?. Now that we are backon the phone with the person at the store we realize it?s a woman and corrected ourselves, apologized and asked about thedelivery. We were informed that their driver never returned to the store (it?s been 3 hours at this point) and she just hung upwith nothing else to say. Ordered garlic bread sticks and got what looks like just regular unseasoned breadsticks. This isn?t the first time this has... happened either except this time they refused to put more garlic on it or sell me some more. I understand they have a goodvariance to keep up but there?s no way garlic breadsticks get this much sauce period and fixing the issue won?t kill thatvariance I?m not asking for the box to be oozing and soaked in garlic I just want garlic breadsticks not regular breadsticksthis is absurd what am I paying more for seasoned bread if their not gonna put seasoning on it. Had an issue with my order. It was a 50/50 user error/programming error. My pizza got deleted off my order and I didn?t double... check that everything was there (my tab was $17 so I figured my pizza was added). The issue lies more in that the store willnot answer the phone and the ordering telephone number will not do anything to help me re-order my pizza at anything other thanfull price (my initial order was on special). Terrible customer service will not visit this store again. Read more

This place is pitiful, I ordered Buffalo wings for a delivery and when I opened the box it was barbecue wings. I called back 2... times and got cut off. I love papa John's but this location is the pits .don't order from these guys unless you wanna getburned. Read more
