The product is always good, but my biggest issue is that the delivery drivers apparently don't read the delivery instructions.... Every time I order, I ask them to not ring the door bell or knock because the dogs go nuts, and instead ask for them to call me.Without fail, every time the delivery driver rings the bell or knocks, which as you can guess, makes the dogs go crazy. I'm notsure what the point of "delivery remarks" is if they ignore them anyway. Papa Johns is my go to for delivery pizza, but thedriver's lack of literacy makes me want to go to Domino's instead. It's been 2hrs, an no pizza delivered. I called an they said Door Dash all ready delivered it an left it outside ...a hr ago!!... Checked an no pizza! Great deals. Michelle is very accommodating. New order...no Pepperoni or mushrooms on the crummy pizza. I admit I ate almost... half but I was hungry. Hardly any toppings. Look at the photo...where's the mushrooms and Pepperoni? Michelle wasn't thereeither. Read more
I like their pizza, but ordering online doesn't seem to be working the way it should. The actual location didn't receive my... online order until an hour and 20 minutes after I placed my order which delayed my delivery set time by 40+ minutes. Just callthe place to place your order! Read more

When I pulled up the place was empty of customers, all except for the two young Caucasian Men workers. I thought to myself... naaaah, I don't trust it. So I left my car parked in front of the store and walked a few doors down to Panda Express. Afterwalking in and looking around, I thought maybe I should move my car down and park outside the door so I left out. When I gotback to my car I notice one of the workers from Papa John's coming out to vape, or smoke a cigarette. I spoke , he spoke andcomplimented me on my Car. He was so friendly that I thought I'd just go ahead and order anyway ???????????! So went inside andordered a large ????. The friendly chit chat went on for the duration of my order being prepared, and until the time I left.Even a recommendation of the pink lemonade, and vodka from Walgreens... However here's where it gets weirder ! One of the workersays to the other. " You didn't for get that extra cheese did you ???? !?" The coworker then says "Nope ????!" ... This wasweird because I never asked for ..."extra cheese". Then the worker that took my order looks at me as if I'd find it to beawesome that he favored me extra cheese. Saying to me something to the affect. "Gotta Have That Extra Cheese ????!" THANKS ! Isaid .... Can't recall if I actually stopped by Walgreens on the way home, but rushed home with the Pizza. Sadly to say myDaughter must've gotten the " extra cheese" , because she threw up the pizza throughout the night ... Can't say I didn't go backafter that.
