SOAKED IN GREASE NOT EDIBLE ! Its was so bad that it made my home smell like a grease trap. Not cut and didn't looks like what... you see online. The only good part was the driver. But did not get my receipt so having to fight to get a refund. I called thislocation server times after I got the food NO ANSWER ! and this has been the one I have used for serval years. NEVER AGAIN wassick this morning from just eating the toppings of one slice. And it WONT LET me load the photos ! And I always give thedrivers a tip but this ADDS it to your bill NOW ! WOW Read more
I really don't mean to complain. Trust me, it's not something that I do very often. But this is seriously the worst Papa John's... in Arizona. First you have to have a minimum to order delivery. Then every time I do order delivery, the pizza is madeincorrectly or sides or extra sauces are missing. 1st and second time I get it but the third time is kinda making it a problemnow. I appreciate that they redeemed me for the pizza this time around, it would just be nice that if I have to pay out thewahzoo for delivery it would nice if they would just get my order right the first time. And they won't let me change locationsfor delivery so I have to order from this place every time. Guess I'll just make sure they pull out my order and check it beforehanding it over to me from now which I think is pretty petty but I guess I have to be the petty one if I want my order correct.I wonder if corporate or the manager will actually see this.. guess we'll find out. I have been using this location for a long time. It has always been great until recently. The order took longer than it said so... I tracked the driver. The driver didn't move for 30 minutes so I called and the person on the phone said the driver does thisall the time? He said the manager is very busy. I tell him I will wait. I waited for another 18 minutes until the manager pickedup. He credited the entire order. While I was on the phone the driver showed up. I sat the phone down and answered the door. Itold the driver I didn't want it after it sat in the car for over 46 minutes! He said &^%$ you I will eat it. 1 week later Icall in for carry out. I got inside to pick up to pick up my order. Guess who comes walking out of the store? You guessed it thesame driver is still working for them. I get home and open the box and the pizza was so thin when I picked up a slice everythingfell off. Was picking up a doordash order tonight and they took their sweet time getting it done. They started putting pizza boxes on a... shelf in plain view but I couldn't see which order was mine, so I figured I'd wait until they told me it was ready. The boxesthey ended up giving me had been sitting there for 10 minutes before I got them. 25 minute wait time in general. Betteringredients, better pizza, despicable service. Read more
I always order take out here, most every week. Every pizza I've received has been piping hot and fully loaded with toppings! I... really love the flavor of the sauce, and they always put the extra toppings on you ordered - unlike many other pizza place. Moving is stressful. Moving while hungry is just dangerous! The Papa John's website wasn't working so I had to call the store.... They were pleasant and very fun to speak with. They found a solution and gave us all hope again. We were all starving andunbearably grumpy. The pizza showed up super fresh and hot AND I smiled as I read the lil note they left in the dessert box.Thank you for being amazing and turning this stressful day into a wonderful day by providing a lunch break filled with smiles.Whoever was working this store at 1045 on 6.15... give them all a raise!
