The pizza was terrible. As soon as we picked up a slice the whole thing fell apart. It was extremely doughy in the middle so I?m... guessing the toppings weren?t even able to be cooked properly through. I?m very disappointed as soon as I walked in a black guy(I?m black) had to hop his a$$ off of the counter! The pizza was 30$ and it?s unfortunate I have to just take a loss here Read more

Terrible customer service. They don?t know how to complete an order correctly. The manager doesn?t know how to answer the phone.

Do not eat at this location. 2 times now not good. I even have a free pizza here that I'm not going to use. (Afraid they would... do something to it) Manager argued with me about it being burnt, hardly any cheese and to much tomatoe sauce. I'm done at thislocation. Read more

I love the product. My favorite among the major pizza chains that deliver. Unfortunately this particular location has given me... such horrible customer service the last few times that I have decided to stop getting Papa John?s from now on. There?s a PizzaHut right around the corner, not my favorite but at least the service has been reasonable. Read more

The store manager hung up on me. Classy guy. I placed my order with this store and then I called back a few minutes later,... hitting redial on my phone to the exact same phone number, to add on a garlic sauce and a man who identified himself as thestore manager told me that he couldn't find my order with his store. He was rude and unwilling to help with the confusion. Itried asking him questions and telling him that I was concerned about my order showing up at all. At this point, he just hung upon me. So, I called customer service. It turned out that the number I dialed (which was the local number to the Thunderbirdstore) had re-routed me to the call center and sent to a different store. So, when I called back the second time, even though Icalled the same number, my call was not re-routed. Terrible customer experience, made even more terrible by an unprofessionalmanager who shouldn't have the job he does. Customer service told me I would be contact within 48 hours by "upper management." Iwasn't. Eventually, our pizza showed up. It had been re-routed to the Cave Creek store. The delivery guy was very nice andexplained that this happens often and that he was surprised the Thunderbird store even answered their phones. Read more

I usually order a papdino or boneless wings or garlic knots. I saw the commercial for NY style pizza which is my favorite so I... ordered one for delivery. The delivery person just handed me the box that was NOT in a bag warmer. My pizza was COLD, and therewas barely any cheese on it. IT IS HORRIBLE!! So I called the store and spoke with the manager. My delivery person was NOT aregular Papa John's deliverer but a door dash deliverer who probably delivered other food before mine and did not have theproper bag to keep my pizza warm. So the manager made me a new pizza and had a Papa John's deliverer bring it to me. This PapaJohn's is AWESOME!!! Read more

I don't expect much from pizza joints such as Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, etc. But this was extremely disappointing, I wouldn't even... disrespect the homeless guys that hangout near your store by offering them this pizza. For starters the pizza took a reallylong time to arrive. We ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza with some wings. When our order arrived, the wings were hot butthe pizza was cold. The jalapeños on the pizza were clearly just thrown on top of the pizza after it was baked which leads meto believe that they had an extra pepperoni pizza laying around and threw some jalapeños on it, hence why we ended up with acold, hardened cheese, POS pizza. Were it not for the wonderful marketing behind the new Garlic Parmesan seasoning added to thechew toy that Papa calls a crust, we would not have even bothered to order. Luckily, we used some bogus coupon code and gotthis garbage at a discount that still seems unfair as the only viable option was to dispose of it as soon as possible. Feelslike we paid just to take out Papa Johns' garbage...and on Veterans Day nonetheless. How dare you disrespect America? Shame onyou and your clever marketing of subtastic big box pizza! Read more
