I had an incorrect order and Matt the store manager went above and beyond! Matt hand delivered my cheese sticks along with free... drinks, voided out my order, and offered a credit! Worst service ever. Came in to place an order around 11 pm when the store closes at 12 am and was refused service from the two... guys behind the counter saying that carryout ended 2 hours prior. I ended up going to domino's down the street and was able toorder. If your store is going to be open until midnight allow carryout like other places are doing instead. Might as well beclosed if you are refusing carryout before you are even closed. Go to Domino's instead for better service and avoid this place.Would give a 0 rating if possible. Read more
I ordered a pizza through them and when it was taking longer than an hour to arrive after I was initially quoted 40 minutes to... an hour I tried calling back repeatedly but no one would even answer the phone! I finally got through then spoke to the managerwho is incredibly rude and explained to him what was going on and his only explanation was that all it was ordered throughDoorDash so it takes them a while give us a call if it doesn?t arrive within the next 30 minutes. I had already waited over anhour at this point and his best suggestion was just for me to wait nearly 2 hours for some sorry a$$ Pizza. I will never orderfrom them. My husband and I ordered a pizza at 11:10 pm they decided to cancel order at 11:45 pm with no courtesy call. We were hungry, if... we knew better we would of got food somewheres else. At least Domino's pizza gives courtesy calls for cancelation. Read more
My order took 3 hours to receive. When I placed the order at 6 pm it said 89-99 minutes which was ridiculous to start with but... I figured that it was fine as I wasn?t that hungry. When the 2 hour mark came I called the restaurant to ask what was taking solong and the phone just rang and rang. I tried to call several times and there was no answer. I then placed an order from adifferent restaurant and received my food prior to my pizza being delivered! This was horrible service. I am extremelydisappointed. 3 hours for 1 pizza and 8 wings! I placed an order for delivery. Once the order hit "on its way" I sat outside my apartment looking for the driver since the last... time they claimed they couldn't find my place and ended up cancelling my order. After sitting outside for nearly ten minutes (Ilive a two minute drive away) I came inside to call and see if he got lost again and the manager claims the driver cancelled toorder because he couldn't find it. I have noidea why ONLY PAPA JOHNS cannot find my place with the instructions provided whichincluded the building number and the apartment number. Door dash, Amazon, USPS, FEDEX and every where else I order from can findmy appartment but they can't? The manager said I needed to reorder my food to get it again! Well guess what. I have to work andwas trying to feed my kids before work and we don't have time to wait AGAIN for a delivery. This is unacceptable. I attemptedto get the managers name and he promptly hung up on me when I asked for it. Was I rude? Yes. The driver NEVER ATTEMPTED THEDELIVERY!! I understand there is a degree of uncertainty when ordering delivery. With that said, my kids love Papa Johns and that is what... they requested tonight. Not something new. However, tonight the delivery pizza experience was great only in the area of deliverytime. The pizza with bacon added did not even have bacon that could be seen (is that burnt cheese or a molecule of "bacon?). Thegarlic knots....hard as a rock and burned....yum. Takes delivery food to a new low. Seems like this pizza chain is struggling.I'll be struggling too...struggling to ever order this again. Gross. Read more
