Pizza was burnt!! Way overcooked. Paid over $30 for 1 pizza that wasnt even cooked right. I ordered the spicy Italian pizza wich... only had a couple toppings of each toppings on it. Total waste of money. Will not be coming back. Read more
Ive been waiting over 3 hours for a Pizza that i ordered, paid for, Plus tipped the driver for. 2 of the pizzas were made wring,... the pineapple was made with a handfull of pineapples in just the middle. My PROBLEM is that when i was told it would tak an hourand a half for the remaking if that Pizza which i was fine with, it took 3 hours later for me to call and ask. The managerrefused to then give me her name after she said my orders problem was , " a small issue which they can not do anythingabout"". I am the owner of BRUTEFORCE N.F.E CLOTHING COMPANY, this is by far the upmost unprofessional customer service 8 havereceived this entire year. I will NEVER order food from PAPA JOHN'S in this life. And i surely will not EVER recommend ThisFranchise Ever again to anyone else. I can not believe that this Company has employees whom know their job IS customer serviceand Act as if Clients are just dogs from the street. This place deserves a higher rating. We've ordered it about five times and its been amazing every time. Always hot/fresh, taste... delicious. The papa pairings is a really good deal, plus you can get a giant cookie that is fire. Way better than the otherpizza spots around here. P.S. Don't forget the garlic sauce. Read more

Alex is amazing. Really cares about his customers and did not make us feel rushed at all. Made my order exactly as I wanted it... and it was hot and perfe t. Ask for Alex, he will make sure you get what you ordered. Alex was professional and prompt and mademe feel as if I was the most important customer. He was friendly, service with a smile. If all Papa John's employees weretrained by Alex, there would be no competition for pizza companies. Read more
Just shared my experience in your survey you provided. I am very upset on the jalapeños poppers I order for my guests. Aside... from this , I am a loyal customer that was never upset with anything. Maybe it's this location ? Poppers were raw , notappealing, missing cheese and just not how its advertised ( see the picture i provided ) .We had to throw them out ,unfortunately. If I could leave a zero stars I would. My husband ordered a pizza and salad and it was delivered incorrectly. When he called to... tell the lady he was told "he received a pizza and salad he should be happy with it". He was also told that they "didn't wanthim as a customer anyway". I work in Healthcare and I'm sure patients would not be okay with this type of service. If you payfor something, you should receive what you're paying for.
