Really dissatisfied with the pizza I ordered a pizza at 6:55pm through the app everything went through and when I go to check... the app 30 min later to see a update on the pizza. The app is saying there is no order I try calling the number that is supposedto be to the store and I hit the prompt for existing order the phone just rings for 3 mins and then hangs up I called 4 timesbefore I man came on the line . I explained to him what?s going on and he was extremely rude on phone kept cutting me off when Itried explaining that I understand there is a long wait time that not the problem I am having I just want confirmation that I amgetting a pizza . He said ya I see it I?m looking at the screen then said well now it?s a 2 hour wait ok and hung up . So I havebeen waiting for the food . Now sure to me not having no update on the app about when the pizza is coming so I can have a hotpizza for my family . We tried calling again at 8:30 to see if I can get a update and again no answer the phone just hangs up .Has I am about to call again my husband goes to take the dog out for a walk and what is there at are door a cold pizza . This Papa John's location is horrible. The last THREE times we've ordered there they have gotten our address wrong. They... utilize door dash and they send the wrong address to them. And now I'm trying to call the store and they will not answer. Donot order from this store. Read more

I have never in my 55 years had this type of worst customer service, I placed a order online, the payment charged my card. I... called in to make sure my order was received the girl who answered the phone placed me on hold and then confirmed the order wentthrough. I called back to ask how long would the delivery take, I was told 1 hour. After a hour passed and I didn?t receive myorder I called back and was placed on hold and another lady told they never received the order. When I tried to explain to herwhat happened with the previous conversations with the other young lady she was very rude to me so I told her I would come inand place another order just to avoid conflict . When I got there the lady was so rude and didn?t want me to talk or explain thesituation. We exchanged words and then she refused to serve me. I had to drive to another location in Chandler where I receivedAwesome service. I will ?NEVER? order from 4302 Ray Rd Ste 113 ever again and I plan to take further action tomorrow by speakingto a Supervisor. I called 3 times asking for help redeeming a pizza voucher gift Papa John?s gave me. Each time it would accept my coupon. Went... in to pick up the Gus starts crying about working there for free that he?s salary and I?m making him behind in pizza?s. Turnedout There?s fine print in the Free Voucher for them messing up before. I offered to pay any difference and because it was freeI ordered extra stuff. My order shoulda have been $10 I refused to pay $35 He tells me to stay and order another pizza Idong mycoupon to get it free. Not only did my pizza take 1.5 hours to arrive, it was cold and congealed and it looked like someone had thrown it together with... their eyes closed. I also didn?t get all the items I paid for. I received no apology and no refund. I?ve been ordering fromthis Papa John?s location for years and never had service this bad. I will take my business elsewhere. Read more
I've given up on buying Papa Johns. The service is so horrible. What follows is my latest (and will be my last) phone call with... this location. You be the judge. Me: "My wife called you after she got the pizza from the driver and realized she didn't get thesalad that was ordered. You told her you would call the driver and turn him around. It's been 15 minutes, are you returning himwith the salad?" Papa Johns (PJ): "We can't call a driver and tell them where to go." Me: "But you told my wife you were havingthe salad brought over." PJ: "Let me talk to my manager." [Wait] PJ: "My manager said we can't delivery just 1 item." "If youstill want the salad you will have to come to the store for it." Me: "Come to the store for it? That defeats the whole reasonfor a delivery." PJ: "I know." Me: "So you're telling me that I'm out the salad and what I paid for it?" PJ: "I guess so." Withthat being her response I hung up.
