Very overpriced with poor quality. Have always enjoyed Panera Bread, but the chicken Chipotle avocado sandwich was the worst.... Hardly any chicken or avacado, and all I could taste was bread. If not outbound on a flight, would immediately returned. Airportrestaurants are always a risk. Read more

Wow, this place is overrated. Ordered the bacon egg and cheese on chibatta bread. First they gave me the wrong thing, second... they don?t give you a receipt and it takes a manager 10 minutes to go to the back and print it out. For those of us travelingfor work we NEED the receipt. Once I got my actual sandwich, it was the most depressing looking thing I?ve seen. 2 tiny piecesof bacon, a round microwaved slab of egg like product and cheese that was melted into the bread with no flavor. Worst Panera ever. They mess up orders, but then when you bring it to their attention they do not apologize or care. Instead,... they told me that I ordered the wrong thing. When I showed my receipt to illustrate that they did in fact make it wrong, theyrolled eyes and said ?oh?. Super rude and off putting! This staff should not be working in a customer-facing role! Hilariously bad. Mass chaos behind the counter. They called my name to pick up mo order and only one of the five items I... purchased was there. Getting someone to look up and ackbowledge me was very difficult as I sought to get the rest of my orderand step aside. I was the third person this happened to in a matter of minutes. The travel experience is such these days thatthis won't come as much of a surprise and I'm sure the morning rush is a challenge for these folks, but it was so bad I couldn'tresist sharing my experience. Maybe don't call people's names to pick up their food until you have all the items in the bag. Read more

The food is good and the staff is fantastic but the order setup is convoluted and confusing. There is a bank of machines in... front of the place where you would normally stand in line to order but then they are also taking orders from the cashiers behindthe area where you normally stand in line.
