Snail?s pace. How about feed the people in the restaurant first before filling online orders. Why should the people in the... restaurant miss out because someone did an order online? Wouldn?t it make more sense to fill our order first and cook more whileyou wait for the online orders to come in? Need some sort of management with common sense. Read more
Came in on Sunday evening around 7 pm, the line was out tge door long. I dont think it was extra busy, it seemed more that the... staff lacked any kind of awareness or reason to try to move faster than sloth pace leading to the long line & wait. Whenordering, they were out of most of the entree options. This was disappointing as I have dietary restrictions that limit whichentrees I am able to eat, and had now waited over 20 minutes to walk away with fried rice only. We went there for dinner. I wanted sweet and sour chicken. Nope, no sweet and sour chicken. I saw that there was orange chicken... and also "beyond orange chicken ". I asked for the orange chicken and broccoli and beef for the hubby. When I changed the orderto both chicken options, the server got an attitude. After that, plus the fact that I wanted sweet and sour chicken to beginwith but didn't get it, I wasn't interested in the food. I paid for it and left. Alright, I've been to quite a few of these places. Now all I can say is Great food quick service and friendly that's a given.... But now I can tell you the two best ones been too and served healthy portions are the one on Guadalupe and Mc Clintoch andChandler blvd 40th. The worst two are the one on 48th St and Broadway and the one on Indian School and 12th St. Those are thegeneral locations give or take. Now first you look for seeing if the egg rolls or spring rolls are overcooked. If they arecautious food might be off taste. New Look or lazy cook or bad cook. That's what I have learned. And always ask for more riceand or noodles from what they dish out for you. They have plenty of it. They just throw it out if not gone by end of the day.Seen them do that. Just visited this location...omg 2 cooks and one of them had no gloves on. She was handling all the veggies without gloves.She... even took out not sure if it was the egg rolls or spring rolls from the freezer and put it in the fryer again no gloves. This place is consistently bad. I live in Hilo, Hawaii and the Panda Express there is my benchmark of great PE dishes. When... freshly made their Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef is crispy and perfectly glazed with spicy sauces. Here in Ahwatukee crispnessand spot-on sauces don't seem to be important to management. I'm guessing proper training and lack of oversight explain thelameness of their meals. Service isn?t the fastest due to them being short staffed but I don?t mind that. I come here often enough since it?s close to... work. Today I was inside and got my food no problem. Got my drink which was the minute maid lemonade. It tasted funny mostlylike it was just watered down so I went to change it out. I dumped out what was inside the cup and at the bottom of the cup wasblack speckles of something, probably whatever made the drink taste funny.
