I ordered ahead for take out. When I got there, the place was quite busy and there as a line. The person at the counter told me... my order wasn't quite ready yet and they proceeded to take care of every person in line before finishing my order while i stoodthere and watched. My order had been started and was set on the counter while they took care of everyone else's order who hadjust walked in first. I thought this was unfair. I had a problem with my order and I went back to talk to management about it, Danny fixed my issue immediately and gave me a... free meal for the inconvenience. Very happy with the customer service I received here, working in the food service industrymyself for a very long time I know what it takes to make the customer feel heard and Danny did exactly that. Do not eat at this location they will serve you food that will give you the s*** the next day. Also Panda Express needs to stop... putting the chow mein and the rice in the main entree portion of the food tray and putting meat in the side dishes becausethat's ripping customers off. A lovely young lady whose name started and ended with an A (forgive me I can?t remember your name) served me at the drive... through a while back. She provided top notch service and was very polite, attentive and helpful which can?t be said for mostyoung people nowadays.
