(75th Ave/lower buckeye location)Well for the second time in 2 weeks they didn't have string bean chicken. We originally ordered... a 2 entree meal but canceled those and ordered a bowl with something else. That is when they decided to offer to make the stringbean chicken. Had to wait about 7 mins but finally got my food. The Panda express on Avondale/Van Buren didn't have it eitherand was told it would be 15 mins. Nope, was not having it. The excuse was "we dont always have the ingredients"or " no one everbuys it so we don't make it. My boyfriend asked why it was still on the menu then. These people look like they eat half of your plate before they serve it to you. They are so shot with there servings.
I love Panda, I can order as much food as I need. Plus I have never gotten sick from any of their locations. In some locations... the employees seem irritated but being a misanthrope myself, I understand and that is why I don't do any customer serviceorientated jobs. So I don't doubt that they deal with Karens and Darrens on a daily basis. Read more
Waited 30 minutes for food to be brought out because they ran out of orange chicken like always. There was a line of about 10... people waiting and naturally the first ones waiting were the last ones served. They forgot our orders and had to wait evenlonger. No apology. No word from the manager. I told the girl running around we had been waiting for 30 minute and she was likeoh really? And just walked away. I tried calling to speak to a manager and no answer. I stopped in the lobby at 8:35. I was told the lobby was closed and I need to go through the drive thru. I questioned why was... the door open and customers were still inside, but okay. She said they forgot to lock the door. I I noticed there wasn?t muchfood left, I agreed to go though the drive thru to order but was told they?re done cooking for the day, so what I see is what Iget. I spoke with a rude manger Brenda, who insisted I call corporate if I had a problem, however she doesn?t have corporatenumber to go online to get it. This place is disgusting! Why is the rice always burnt and hard. Are they reusing rice? This is just gross and inedible. I... almost broke a tooth it was so hard and this has happened more than once.
