The team is rude and unhelpful, and the Manager, Cristal, is the worst. They would not help in any way. They refused to take... their survey coupon as well as refused to sell food to me. Its related to their free entree coupon which we get on providingtheir feedback, which I missed providing during the order. I asked for options as how I can get the free entree, and I was toldto buy again. Well this doesn't make sense. Infact, I provided 2 options - 1st, void my receipt, and re-ring it with the freeentree which is fair enough. 2nd option, do a return and sell it again to me without actually preparing order for me as I amgood with the order that I have. The Manager, Cristal doesn't understand this and not only she was very rude, but she alsorefused to do anything. After requesting, she agreed to give a small entree and there I saw, she was literally counting how manypieces she would like to add as free. Usually its full, but in this case, she just added few (4-5), and then tried to ring itseparately. She scanned coupon, which obviously won't work as she has to ring along with 2 entree plate. Now, she becomesagitated and said she cant do anything and took the free item and puts it back in the tray (which again is wrong, they shouldnot put food item back once its out of the serving tray). Then I asked to do the return, and she first said, she cannot returnas I don't have the food. I said, I just now bought it and its on the table. I brought the food back to her, and she reluctantlytried returning the food. However, she stopped, and said, well she can return, but then she will not sell it to me. I wonder whohas made her manager? I don't understand as why that was so tough for her. I did survey from my earlier visit to another store,but forgot to use it (things happen), gave her options and she refused. The manager Crystal kept an unpleasant attitude when asking for a sample for my picky daughter. Kids have taste buds ,, how... will they ever know what it taste like? Introducing kids to new food should be a priority not a bad experience. Read more

Literally always the worst experience. The food at this location is always cold never good. Ice machine was broken and I stood... in line twice to be told that because she wouldn't just look at me and let me ask. Horrible service as always panda. Came in on a Friday night at 9pm and it was pretty much closed. The 2 beef recipes were dried up and gross... and to top it all... off I got walking in on while trying to take a peepee and the worker just stood there with a mop looking at a hangry 50 year oldtrying to take a load off. Loved the food here. We ordered prawns and chicken. It was delicious! Of course there was a little wait time because it was a... weekend. But the wait was worth it. Pretty clean and well maintained. Refill option available for soft drinks. My kid got afortune cookie too and she loved what it said!! Read more

They charged my daughter twice on her Apple Pay and when we went in there they were trying to say there is no way to give a... refund back on Apple Pay when we try to explain how to do it the lady was just being rude would not listen. Mind you my daughterhad already tried to talk to them but she said they were being super rude to her and treating her as if she wasn?t a personbecause she was young. We told them that we want our money back or at least put it on a card and she can come back and use itagain later they told us there was no way for them to do that so we have to just except they double charged us. I find thatridiculous that they can?t figure it out in their system to give somebody back their money . We will not be coming back hereobviously I know that just from us not coming isn?t going to make them lose any money but I hope that corporate sees us andfixes the mistakes they are employees made! Haven?t had Panda Express in months! Every time I had it I always regretted it. Haven?t been to this location. First... time. There wasn?t much people cause it was to early for dinner rush. But it was very clean inside. The cushion seats lookreally comfy but they aren?t really soft but better then the metal chairs. I got half rice and half chow mein with orangechicken and black pepper chicken. It was delicious. My mom got chow mein with black pepper chicken and broccoli beef. We got apork egg roll and cream cheese Rangoon?s to share. It was good but very fried. Read more

Pretty good visit! I hadn't been to Panda Express in several years. I was delighted to try some new entrees, and they put... fresh orange chicken just as I was ordering. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was helpful. They keep thechopsticks behind the counter, so don't forget to ask when paying for your meal. Read more
