Great pastrami...can't go wrong

I was excited to see a New York Bagels'N Bialys open in my neighborhood. To my disappointment, the scrambled eggs tasted like... they were made somewhere else and just reheated (a metallic taste) and the omelet eggs were overcooked. The bagel I ordered wasgood. I am taking the time to write this in the hope that this can be addressed while you are still in the honeymoon phase ofthe new opening. You only get one chance of a first impression with your new restaurant openings. My parents already said theywill not return as they had a similar experience with the food. Such a good buildout of the space but really need to investtime in money with the cooks. It could do well with the name recognition but you could be losing repeat customers. Incorrect orders, very low quality food, cheese on sandwiches not even melted. Toasted bagels when asked for untoasted. Bad... service. Slow. Got an everything bagel it is had basically no everything topping, the topping that was there promptly just felloff. Read more
