The bathroom light has been broken for months. I come in here about once a week. Makes me extremely uncomfortable when the... employees can?t wash their hands after going to the restroom because it is literally pitch black in there. It raises healthconcerns and apparently management has done nothing about it. I understand is an electrical issue but someone could at least puta lamp or something in there. I think this is my last time coming here until they fix it. Clearly if they don?t have the moneyto fix a light they don?t have enough money to run in quality service product. The staff has been friendly. And one of the girlsvolunteered the information at the manager just does not care about fixing the light. Read more
I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is the 5th time having a terrible experience at this location. I second all the other... negative comments here. The staff is full of young immature kids who don?t know how to have any normal social interaction, whichmakes them scared to pick up the phone. I?ve tried calling multiple times and they NEVER answer, but whenever I go in, it?sdead. I understand it?s hard to get good workers but hiring all these young kids who have no work ethic is not the right move.Your ratings just keep getting lower and lower. Read more

I placed a mobile order to this location by accident because I live in Flagstaff, AZ. I tried to call them like ten times at... different hours to cancel my order. NO ANSWERS! Definitely hit or miss at this location. This evening's visit was fine. My drink (I always order an Orange Crush and add... Pineapple & Mango) tasted wonderful and was the perfect consistency. Not as authentic as local san diego acai bowls and ingredients, but it will do. Excellent service and clean store. I had the... ginger shot heads up very bitter and sharp! Had the PB acai bowl 600 calories because I was yet to eat and it was 3pm so it wasperfect! Thank you, will return. Your prices are even higher than SD but to be expected in Scottsdale.. The desert ridge nekter location is the WORST! Please do not go here, just keep driving a little further to a different... location. The staff hudes in the back, makes online orders late religiously, ignores customers and makes orders incorrectly.This is the ONLY location in town that does not offer a survery after you place an online order. They do not want the feedback.They don't care. The reviews on here saying th staff is good are fake. Those good reviews were written by staff.
