Great juice, LOVE the ginger shot....Poor customer service. I'm giving 4 because I ordered two items, a Pineapple Match (YUM!)... and my Ginger shot (EXTRA YUM!). I got my smoothie but three more people got served while I waited for my shot and finally hadto ask for it. I'm not sure if the lemon is already in with the ginger bottle (she only poured on from one), but it tasted likethe lemon was missing and it was given in such a rush with an air of inconvenience, she didn't even put a lid on it. Other thanthat it was good, just to many young workers getting distracted with each other and not actually wanting to deal with customersat all like you are waisting their time showing up. Read more
I didn?t have my reading glasses with me nor my wallet only my Apple Pay. & Bianca & her sweet spirit helped me add my payment... to the app so I could place & pay for my order simultaneously. Talk about going beyond wonderful customer service. Of coursethe juices & smoothies are extremely fresh made & worth the price point. I like how they asked if you want ice or not. Read more

First off, the location shows up as having a drive through, which is why I went there. They don?t. But more importantly... customer service was pretty much non existent. Woman at the counter was totally disinterested and barely smiled. It was myfirst time to a Nektar, and she seemed annoyed that I had questions and didn?t know things about the menu. And the blender wasso loud I couldn?t really hear her. I?m pretty sure they mixed up an order between the woman in line ahead of me and my friendsorder. She had to ask if her was correct, and without looking they said yes. Then when my friend got hers, it didn?t look likeit was one she ordered. But again without looking they said yes it was. I asked and verified that they had not put cashew milkin mine since I have a really bad allergy. (I?d specified that when I ordered) The guy making them, again not even turningaround to look at me, said yes and that he even changed gloves. That part was appreciated, but it would have been nice to haveeven a semblance of customer service when he told me that, maybe even eye contact, or simply looking at me. Is that too much toask? Lastly the bowls were both missing the agave that was supposed to be on top, they were barely frozen and were alreadymelting when they were handed to us, and they had maybe 5 blueberries. Disappointing all around, and I have no intentions ofgoing back. Customer service is everything to me. I?ll forgive a less than stellar food item. But when there?s no customerservice, no friendliness AND less than stellar product, then what is the redeeming value? Read more
