Terrible service. Girl at the counter named Maddie got my order wrong and then tried to argue with me about what I ordered,... instead of just fixing it like a decent person. The food and drink itself wasn't bad, once they got it right, but why should Ihave to argue about what I ordered? Won't waste my time here again. Read more
Very disappointed!!! Once a month I pick up a 3 day full cleanse. So today after church at 1:17pm I called prior to commuting ... to see if they had 3 days in stock. The lady advised me they only had 3 and she could guarantee they would still be there once Iarrived. Which is understandable. I thanked her for the information and ended the call. At 2:25pm we finished brunch I calledagain just to make sure they were still a available as I was advised the wouldn?t be. The lady said ? why do you keep callingjust called you 10 minutes ago? I said excuse me she laughed and said you keep calling and I already told you we have 3. I askedher for her name she said ? I didn?t have to give you that. I asked for the manager name which she also refused. This was rudeand poor customer service all I asked was a question. It shouldn?t matter if I called an hour or 10 minutes prior I just wantedconfirmation. Read more
Great food, great employees, relaxed atmosphere. My experience at this location, was superb and I will continue to come back. My... favorite is the power protein bowl. All of the juices are great as well. The manager Melissa and her staff take good care ofthe dining area and make orders quickly. Can't ask for much more. Read more
Definitely my favorite Nekter location. I've been to a few around the valley and the quality of the drink they make here and the... timeliness with which they do it is far better than other locations I've been. And I appreciate people recognize me since Ifrequent the location a bunch. Always kinda weird when I go to other locations and see the same people working and they act likethey've never seen me before. *shrugs* guess that's just how it is. But they've got a couple good peeps at the uptown spot forsure. Read more

So overall this place was not great... Right when we entered the building two workers didn?t acknowledge us at all, they were... busy making drinks which is understandable, however, while we stood and read the menu next to the register, another couple cameinside and the worker looked completely past the four of us and asked the people behind us what they would like the have.... Uhhit was very odd and seemed pretty unprofessional. The drinks were okay, mine tasted like almond butter just blended with ice,not really any flavor. Probably would not go back. Nekter is currently running an ice cream promotion, and this week is strawberry themed. As that is a flavor I enjoy, I decided... to drop in and check it out. Turns out the ice cream is vegan, which I had not tried before, but I live dangerously. ???? Turnsout vegan strawberry ice cream tastes a little like sherbet! Not bad. The ladies who took my order were very nice, and theplace was heaven compared to the heat outside. I'll have to go back again soon to try some of the yummy looking smoothies. *(Ifailed to take a picture that shows the scale well.
