The reason I give this place 5 stars for service is Eric, bartender. He memorized all our food and drink orders; made sure... everything brought out to us was top notch!! His bar; bottle area immaculately clean and in great order. As a traveling NASCARRace Car Hauler Driver, I eat at all over the United States. Hit and miss on the wings. Sometimes they are amazing and sometimes they are gross and they short you on the count. Last time I... ordered 10 and got 9. We went for the .59cent wings, which were delicious! But I guess we arrived just before shift change. We ended up being served... by 3 different people and had our food brought to us by like...5 different people including the 3 servers. The woman who was our'actual' server was not nice. Honestly she had just started her shift and wanted to give us our check immediately and get us outbut we had just started. When we told her we were ordering more wings she wanted us to get them to go. She took a long time tocheck on us and even longer to refill my drink. One set of wings was visibly under-sauced; it was very disappointing. But everyother set of wings were delicious and saucy (except the dry rub, obviously lol). We will return but frankly if we get that sameserver I will ask to sit elsewhere. Read more
10 of us friends have gone here every Tuesday night for dinner. Always been good. This last Tuesday not so much. Everyone got... their food except my wife. 35 minutes later ( after talking with the manager & server ) half of her order arrived.just wingsnothing complicated. 5 minutes after that the other half showed. Of course we got it to go. The original order was delivered toa wrong table. What should of happened is the replacement order be prioritized and it didn?t. The server nor the manager seemedto care. We won?t be back ever. Plenty of other places willing to provide good food and service and take my money. Read more
I?m not local but I?m in town for the weekend with my wife and we found this place on Google and figured we?d give it a shot.... The food was pretty good and the service was wonderful as well! Our waitress Sierra, was awesome and did a great job! She wasalso tending bar and several tables at the same time! I definitely recommend this place and definitely ask for Sierra. She alsohad a table walk out on her and not pay. Which she then had to pay for their food! I decided to give her a 40 dollar tip inhopes that it covered most of the ticket she had to pay for! Waitress (Shay) was excellent, very friendly, energetic, and attentive. We got the game day special (lg 1 item pizza, 15 wings,... and a family fries) and a tall draft beer. The beer was in a frosted glass and icy cold. The wings were good, the fries werecrispy, the pizza was meh. It was greasy and floppy and not that much flavor. Would stick with the wings next time. Would liketo return during happy hour to get various appetizers, wings, and a couple beers. Read more
