Service was friendly, the mod cakes are what hostess dingdongs wish they could grow up to be. Probably the last time I put... ground beef on a pizza because it tasted very "beefy" like in the way chicken tastes "chickeny" when maybe it's almost too old? Maybe you don't know what I'm talking about :-). On a couple of the pies the edges of the crusts were burnt. It was also onthat we were in line but the attendant had to attend to online orders so ourselves in a few other customers stood there why theymade pizzas for a pickup. Understandable but odd timing. Oh neither that "wait" nor the "over-crisp" edges, or the over beefyflavor, seemed to matter at all because the pizza was delicious and I would totally go back to this restaurant. Could not have been more disappointed with this location. Ordered 2 Mod sized salads and 2 pizzas. One salad was the summer... strawberry which comes with gorgonzola, when we ordered we politely asked to not have the cheese on the salad. Salads come toour table... Gorgonzola on it. Salad was taken back to the cashier and I nicely explained that we had asked for no gorgonzola onthe salad. The guy at the register was clearly irritated by this, but did offer to remake the salad. Salad was remade, but wasmade incorrectly. It was just the spring mix and a few strawberries... No pickled onions, no cucumbers. $9 for a fewstrawberries and a handful of spring mix. We opted to just accept the salad as it was since they clearly were not happy they hadto remake it the first time. Pizza was meh as well. The cauliflower crust pizza was burnt. Have had this crust at otherlocations and it has never come out like this. Couldn't even finish it, that's how bad it was cooked. The burger pizza alsodidn't have pickles on it like it was supposed to, which normally would not have been such a big deal but considering the otherissues we had, it just added to the disappointment. Also picked up a can of sparkling rose with our meal and the amount ofdebris that was on the top was absolutely disgusting!! The cleanliness of this location was was not great, every single tablewas dirty, and trash cans were practically over flowing with trash. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived so it'snot like they were too busy to clean up. All in all just super disappointing, and definitely will not be back. Read more
what a great experience. the two gentlemen working today (Mon at 1pm) were a delight !! super courteous. great customer service.... took the time to let me know they have a dairy free cutter (so i wouldn?t get sick) after realizing i have a dairy allergy.that?s customer service at its finest - paying attention. i didn?t even think to mention the allergy because well .. it?s apizza joint haha and there?s risk of cross contamination. but to have him warn me and advise me that there?s an option for me,meant a lot!! so thank you guys. i wish i got both of their names. give them a raise!! you?re lucky to have them. oh the pizza?FANTASTIC. the mega dough one is like a fluffy cloud in your mouth haha. it?s great! can?t wait to be back. Revised review: We headed to MOD for an early dinner and it was a good thing. There was no one else, place was clean, it was a... definitely much better experience than at our last visit. I had a pizza loaded with veggies, Ron had his sausage pepperoni. Wealso had a garden salad that was way too big, but very good! I am glad we gave it another :) Good concept, horrible hygiene.Tables are sticky filthy! First time there for me. The concept is awesome but the delivery not so much. The good things aboutMod are the endless options to create an individual pizza for cheap and the speed of execution to make it. It's fast pizza asit gets. The not so cool is the actual dining room's experience. Each and every single table is absolutely disgusting, plainfilthy. Same was true for the rest of the furniture. Ron and l sat down at a table, but it was sticky, waxed by filth. We gotup and moved to another table. Same issue, the table was equally gross, very dirty. THEN! I Pulled my favorite dining weapon,a sanitatizer spray to wipe the table myself. My salad pizza was ok, but based on their obvious neglect of their customers'dining room, l am in no hurry to give them another shot. Great pizza spot. You can make it your own pizza from a variety of sauces, toppings and cheeses. The pizzas come with a thin... crust and are made from scratch. It can take around 10 min for your pizza to be ready. They also have nice fountain drinks likecaramel peach tea. The staff was nice and efficient. Read more
