I came in today with my 7 year old son. We each got a pizza that were just ok. Like a typical 7 year old kid, he just likes... plain cheese pizzas. I felt like the lady helping us was trying to sell us a car because of how pushy she was to add othertoppings to our pizza. When I was stern in that my 7 year old son just likes a regular cheese mozzarella pizza, she continued tomake remarks to add other cheeses to the pizza because it tastes better. I was so annoyed by this point. No means no. I got theJasper pizza and again, she persisted that I add more toppings. I added onions, salt/pepper, & oregano. When was done with myorder, she made a condescending remark, ?next time you come In, you should add more toppings to your pizza to give it moreflavor? UH?isn?t the experience of this type of pizza establishment to be able to build the pizza that YOU want? Whether it?splain pizza or not?don?t try to coerce your customers to add certain toppings that we were clearly adamant that we DIDN?T wantand make snarky remarks when we don?t. The online order pick up process was a bit confusing. The cashier was calling out some of the orders as they became ready but... not others. I waited a bit longer than was necessary as I wasn't sure if my order was ready or not. I ordered two pizzas. One ofthem was good but the second was definitely meant for someone else's order who had considerably more adventurous tastes than me. Read more
I must have came on a bad day cause they were out of soda out of ice all the employees gave off the ?I hate life? while at work... vibe. The bigger girl just threw my toppings on without a care I?m the world where as the other guy who made my wife?s pizzatook pride in his job the bigger guy taking out pizzas had the biggest attitude and was rude to my wife and other patrons as wewatched while we waited for our pizzas to finish. The pizza was great but the vibe and service today was not what I experiencedhere in the past. Having a employees just going through the motions of the day with no integrity makes for bad business. I asked for a gluten free crust and then asked whether some of the toppings were gluten free. The counter person was really rude... stating that she had no idea, that I would have to go on their corporate website to check. I asked if there was a handout andwas told that the only way I could get any information was on their corporate website. I didn't want to get out my cell phonewhile trying to order & so stuck with veggies and the one meat that I knew was probably gf. After getting home, I found out thatALL the sauces, meats and veggies are listed as being without gluten. Only the croutons, breads and cakes DO have gluten. Thisinformation would have been very helpful but was not available IN THE ACTUAL STORE! Stopping there without first consultingtheir website seems a strange way to entice customers driving by. The floors were filthy, covered with dropped pizza toppings.There were no lids for the beverages. I was also asked the same questions 3 or 4 times. Either the employees can't hear over thebackground noises or aren't paying attention. The toppings were skimpy. I had to ask for extra amounts of the items. While thecrusts were good, I get much better toppings at other pizza restaurants. The total price of ,more than $30 for a couple for the"lunch special" which was supposed to include a MOD pizza or salad and drink seems very high priced compared to lunch specialsat other pizza places. In summary, this is an acceptable place to eat. The employees aren't very helpful, the place needs somecleaning and is lacking some supplies. Read more

First time here! Wow. Had the regular size MOD and the staff person kindly and patiently described all the options for me. I... built it with my personal choices from a huge selection of fresh ingredients that were generously added to the dough. Then itwas baked in a fire-breathing oven and came out perfect. The crust was cooked just the way I like it. Wow. Had an blackberrylemonade that was very refreshing too. Will return. Oh, the restroom very clean too! Excellent customer service. Thank you. The whole family will like MOD. I take my kiddos with me and they order their own pizza. I order The salad and get whatever... toppings I feel that day. The staff is always so friendly and patient. They never try to rush my daughters. We definitely comehere when we feel like pizza or salads. Read more
Food is always great and you can build your own salad. It's not cheap, but it's worth it for a once in a while treat. Like... anywhere else in retail, 9 out of 10 times, the customer service is great, but sometimes you get that bad apple that probablyjust didn't want to go to work that day. Read more
