Ordered some food during my break from doordash at 12:03am. When ordering tried to use my McD app code and the girl on the radio... cut me off as I tried to give her the number she demanded I give it to her at the window. Once I made it to the window she hadthe worst attitude and proceeded to tell me my total. When I had to raise my voice to tell her I had a free reward. She gave mea very disgusted look and proceeded to ask me " so you have more food for your order" before I could respond she walked away andstarted to yell at the other coworker to do something. I don't know what her problem was but as someone who routinely dealswith cashier's at drive through windows. This one was B.s and the only.good.part about the trip was the fresh fries.. Twice this week I bought a large regular coffee and it taste and look like tea. There not making real dark like they have... forever. I'll make my own for now on. That's a shame as a Postal Worker I sure did rely on it to keep me awake atnight. Ughhhhhhh Read more
Ordered food Im assuming just as they were stopping regular food for breakfast, got one of those dumb adult happy meals but all... the food was cold and you can tell the nuggets were old and had been out for a while. When we went back for a refund they werecompletely rude and even accused us of trying to return it because of me not liking the toy I got. I just wanted a hot mealafter a 15 hour shift man not all this nonsense at 3am, also when they finally did aggree to refund me the cashier messed up andcharged me for the cars order behind me but you can tell she was on something so I'm not surprised they she even got mad at mefor her mistake. This place is horrible seriously I didn't think the customer service could actually get worse but to mysurprise they did....they don't even bother giving paying customers food that is warm at this point. its crazy. **Use Caution or avoid this location** In the past 2 months I've had about 5 occurrences of either having a missing item, an... incorrect item, or being charge incorrectly. When passing the 1st window request your receipt and when receiving your item(s),please check that all the items are present and correct. If your order does appear to be missing an item, they will require yourreceipt and the entirety of your order present to receive your missing item. Recently on 07/30/22 I had order a handful of itemsand it was only when I got home and my family and I began eating that we realized a 10 piece chicken McNuggets was missing. WhenI came back to the drive through I was instructed to pull up to the 2nd window. Upon pulling up they asked if I had my receiptpresent, which I handed over and explained I was just there about 15 minutes ago. The employee recognized me and asked if I hadmy entire order present. I told him I didn't as I was only missing the chicken McNuggets and previously whenever I was missingan item, only a receipt was needed. After talking with the employee he agreed to replace the item. I completely understand thereasoning behind having the entire order present, it's to ensure no false positives of items being missing where people get freefood. However, as I and others have pointed out the accuracy of orders at this location have been spotty. I would recommendusing caution or avoid this location entirely and drive an additional 3 minutes down the road to the McDonalds on the south eastcorner of 24th St and Osborn. Read more
Restaurant with lots of potential! I ordered the Big Mac Value Meal from the kiosk. It was pretty simple and well laid out. My... order was delivered by a friendly employee. I had to go to the Counter to ask for Ketchup, which was handed to me in a friendlymanner. My meal was hot, fresh, and tasty! Their drink station is high tech with a touch screen. They had the typical softdrinks as other locations have. but you could add flavoring. They had flavors like Lemon, Raspberry, Cherry, and Vanilla. Thelobby was in need of attention with very few clean tables. The dining room was not busy at the time I was there. I still wouldrecommend this location to anyone who loves McDonald's and their food! ***BEWARE*** The woman in the drive thru about 3am on 7/10/22 handed me a damaged cup of coffee knowing it would spill on me.... Also, they take cash only for a couple of hours after midnight for some reason and they have tried to overcharge me more thanonce. Seems like a scam to me. Waited 30+ minutes for a crew of more than five to prepare a hot n spicy. Manager tried to kick us out without giving us our... food and was clearly discriminatory against people of the LGBTQ+ community (myself and my friend). Not even an apology orcompensation for our wasted time. Absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. Manager refused to give us her name but she definitelyworks in the PM so I would avoid this location if you can. Read more
