What has happened to the quality of McDonald's food!? I thought they had gotten bad in Tucson. But I was visiting in Phoenix for... the weekend and needed a quick bite one evening. Bad enough that the drive-through in this McDonald's was so slow at 9:30pm,but the food was just awful!! I had a quarter pounder, small fries and a 4 piece of nuggets nuggets and all of it was cold andterrible tasting. At one time, you could at least count on their famous ????. Not any more. Good fresh items but lacking amenities like Napkins . Multiple people hanging out and nasty area clients. You have to ask for... napkins and be rationed with 3 pieces of napkins. Furthermore, rationed sauces for your multiple meals ordered even though youhave bought five sandwiches and chicken mc nuggets. Read more
Gave me the incorrect change twice, (the second time only being a missing dollar so I couldn?t be bothered to ask again tbh.) On... top of that, my order was incorrect and they gave me flat soda when I wanted tea to begin with ???? Again, at that pointcouldn?t be bothered to ask for a fix. I'm not familiar with the store and did not understand that if not paying at the kiosk I needed to go to the cashier (that was... not there) and pay before my order would be made. They were busy and several employees looked my directions but none spoke tome. I finally spoke up and the manager was just putting someone on the front register so ten minutes later I got my 2 icecoffees, which were good but not worth the wait not the price. Read more
Best experience I?ve had at any McDonald?s since childhood!! The manager on shift was very understanding and remade our food. It... was t even their fault it was my own fault and I was going to take the old food but she said no way fresh for us ????if thatwant enough she was so good with my son and making the sweetest comments making us feel right at home in the McDonald?s of allplaces!!! Wow! Minutes ago just got kicked out for getting a refill. Which I paid $1.09 for. The African Man (no not African American)... there is a difference In the back questioned RUDELY what I was doing. Doing what any American would do, when refilling ourdrink. Which everything is off kiosks now. This man continue to harass me. While barking slurs and cuss words from the hashbrowns/French fries friers. This man still has a job. Plus I was told to do a 360 and get my drink. This McDonalds is busy -- like busyyy, with a 12 cars waiting for one (1) drive-through line, in a line that wrapped 3/4 around... the building. But, don't let the long line fool you, it is most likely because later at night they do the entire drive-throughtransaction using only one window. While a little worse for wear at spots (broken/faded light signs), lacking some enthusiasm(well, it was late-ish at night), there is nothing wrong with this location. Thursday night 915p 20 minutes wait in rhe drive through with 2 cars ahead of me. Ordered 2 hamburgers. No meat on the... sandwiches. Restaurant doors locked. Called, Mgr says I must have ordered wrong. No refund or remake as they are now 8 carsdeep. Do not eat here. Read more
