If a business like McDonald's closes at 9pm especially inn a holiday then everything on the menu should be available to order up... until 9pm not 45 min before closing and they already shut off the ice cream machine! It really sucks to order ice cream and theysay they are already cleaning the machine!! It's not right and bad for business!! Just saying! Who else agrees!!??? Read more

Placed a curbside order, waited a good 10mins. Only ordered 3 sandwiches and a drink. Asked for mayo but instead I get it all... over the wrapper. Person who brought it out was super friendly but food wise wasn't to happy about it. Read more

The food is to be expected as usual, but why does McDonald's offer table service when all they do is scream your order from the... counter? If you're going to offer it, stop being lazy and do it right, otherwise don't offer the service. Read more

Don't waste time going inside, the employees can't be bothered to take your order, they'd rather just yell at you to use the... kiosk. It would be different if it was crowded, but there was only one car in the drive thru and one customer inside! Guess Ican figure out why. Read more

This is an incredibly terribly ran location. Between numerous issues such as wrong orders, poor service over the years, and... worst of all, being stuck and GRIDLOCKED in a drive-thru on multiple occasions because they (in the year of 2022) cannot acceptcredit card transactions, I would NEVER recommend this location. What in the world is going on here? Even your staff in thedrive through have acknowledged how poorly ran this restaurant is. Read more

Please stop forcing customer to use your kiosks! It's extremely disheartening to see the staff/employees push the kiosks, even... downright refusing to take orders at the cash register from elderly and disabled folks. This isn't the first time I have seenthis but especially at this mcdonalds. It ruins the whole experience. I order my orders at the kiosk because that's where thestaff directs me to and I am able bodied and competent with computer systems, but even for me it's an inconvenience and i findthe process a nuance. My issue lies with while I'm dinning seeing the staff and McDonald's obvious ableism behavior towardscustomers who can't operate this type of tech. An employee going as far as telling an elderly man she can get in "trouble" ifshe takes his order at the register? Then seeing this elderly man struggle all for at the end thay same employee ending uptaking his order at the register ???? Please get it together Mcdonalds. If it's that much of an inconvenience to take our ordersat the register and accomodate the elderly and disabled I would rather not give my business to McDonalds. My adultintellectually disabled brother would be one who can not operate a kiosk but can order through a human being behind the cashregister. The kiosk should be an "option" for customers not the only option.
