Went thru drive thru and they charged someone else's large $49 order to my card. Dude verified my order until after he swiped my... card, they supposedly fixed it but my card was still charged $49!! And I have to wait 2 days for the "fix". Dude with glassesworking at 11:30 pm on a Friday night needs to be fired, his irresponsible actions are unacceptable and an inconvenience. Read more
Very quick drive-through and staff at this location was friendly. Would have given it five-stars, but the nuggets tasted like... they had been cooked for a while and kept in a warmer (i.e. they were too hard.) The fries were just right though/not soggy. :) Read more
Jeanine was a ray of sunshine - made us feel very welcome- real hospitality in a place where you expect only fast food. The... breakfast was fine - the hospitality and cheerful approach are most appreciated. She made our day and was observed with overallkindness toward all customers coming into this McDonalds. I go there very often for lunch and the staff have taken great care of me, every time!!! They are more friendly than the people... I work with and almost always take the time to make me feel appreciated and noticed. Brittany is an amazing leader. She speaksto her fellows employees with respect and creates a very positive environment for all! I?m very impressed at this establishmentand would highly recommend going in, not running your car in the drive through and getting to know who makes your food. I realize I have to check to see if everything I ordered is in the bag but didn?t know I had to look to see if there was an... actual hamburger in the bun when I order one! Mistakes happen but this is a huge bummer!! I ordered a hamburger thru thedrive-thru. I was in this location and of course my order was wrong. I have had these problems before especially at the 35th ave. and Peoria... location as that location is known for wrong orders. I am so accustomed to the employees looking at me like I made the mistakethat it was refreshing to have your Manager Isidoro help me correct the situation with professionalism, politeness and greatcustomer service. Emploees such as Isidoro deserve recognition because it seems anymore customer service does not exist. Read more
