Arrived at the drive-thru was not ready to place my order asked to be given a moment. The team member explained that she would... get back to me. I waited for the team member to get back to me she did not I kept waiting waiting waiting. So I drove up to thewindow and could hear the team member named Gabrielle on the phone expressing her dedication and love to the person on the otherend of her mobile phone. I knocked on the window she still didn't come to the window for a couple more minutes. Finally shecame to the window, I said on a personal phone call therefore you can do your job. 2 lanes for ordering but it seems like only one person works both sides. It's slow service but keep in mind it is a small store... and only 3 people work there at any given time.
