Went to this McDonalds 11/06/2022 4:30pm. The service was alright but the cashier told me they ran out of coins so I didn't get... all my change. I was also not offered or given a reciept. Are the employees ripping people off? Read more
So we waited... actually at least 3 cars waited in line. No one came over the drive-thru intercom. So we drove up to the... windows. At least 3 employees were inside. They turned and acknowledged us and just shook their heads no... they definitelyweren't closed. Had employees inside. Just decided they couldn't be bothered to do their jobs tonight I guess. I pulled in the drive thru the other morning and ordered a simple order. Sausage McMuffin with no cheese and hash brown. Guess... what I got? Yep... cheese on it and the hasbrown was cold. In fact the sandwich was cold too. Thanks for the rotten experience!I even read reviews about this particular McDonald's location and said that there was no way they could mess up this simpleorder. Can someone tell me what no mustard no pickle translates to in spanish? Because for some reason these folks just can't get an... order right to save their life. I'm sure the translation isn't even close to extra pickle and mustard so where is thedisconnect? I mean it shows up on the screen right? Tired of idiots not getting the order right. I really like how they updated the place. But unfortunately staff is not professional. Starting with Destiny. Does not seem to... be a good remodel for her Crew. I've waited 20 minutes for my food. I asked to speak to Manager and was treated with disrespect.Air conditioner in kids Area also not working. The place needs Cleaning really bad. Foul language is used in the kitchen that ican hear in seating area. I would not recommend this place. Read more
Pulled up to drive thru, ordered placed, no response after, no price or pull forward. So pulled forward, never came to 1st... Window, pulled to 2nd Window. Finally came to Window & they had no clue what my order was. Then took my money & proceeded totell me they didn't have change. That it all will be donated to the Ronald McDonald house! I don't believe it, the guy waslaughing the entire time! Do that enough times a night & the employees make a good amount of money by the end of the night! Foodwas cold!!!!!! Absolutely horrible service. Order a large friy, they will give you old fries. Come back and ask for new fries, they give you a... medium in a large container. They charge more money, but give you less. Read more
