Food was as you can assume, McDonald's grade so can exactly give it 5 but it's not mid for being McDonald's food. The staff are... friendly and you can kinda feel the attention to detail they give little things like cleaning and giving me hot food. That spicycrispy really do hit different and mixed with a Dr. Pepper and nice hot fries it makes for a nice small meal. Even though pricesare on the rise including at Mcy Ds they still aren't that bad at this location. Worked for McDonald's for about 2.5 years andin my opinion this location is pretty good. ???? The place was dirty. The staff was rude. The food as always was subpar. Everything was cold. To use the bathroom you have tell... the cashier to open it with a code. Overall it's McDonald's what should I have expected. Read more
This particular McDonald?s service gets worse and worse! I stop here every morning because it?s right by my job. I order a large... cup of half caff coffee and do to a surgery I had in the past I have to get it this way as full strength coffee hurts mystomach. There have been many times that when I get to work and go to drink my coffee it?s just too strong to drink! On top ofthat there have been times when I get 2/4th of a cup of said coffee and I ask is this how it?s served now? Wth!! This isupsetting because either they just don?t care to do their job correctly or they are just too much in a rush to read specificrequests! These fast food employees these days are just impossible! They seem to try their best. They have a lot of business and seem to be spread thin at times as far as staff but I've never... really had an issue that wasn't able to be resolved. The app is pretty great too. Read more
I had to hang out here a bit longer than I wanted to because a friend was delayed in picking me up. The staff was all pretty... nice and didn't make me feel like I over stayed my welcome. They were polite and accommodating. Read more
I have never gone to this McDonald?s location and received proper customer service. I work directly next door so I would enjoy... being able to frequent this location. Unfortunately every time I go to this McDonald?s they make me feel as though I have ruinedtheir day walking through the door. I always have to wait and request someone to come to the counter for me otherwise I?m juststared at. The staff is incredibly rude and negligent. They forget many aspects of your order and they give it out and literallyrun away so you can?t ask them to fix it. I have had to chase my order down on multiple occasions because it was eitherforgotten about or the staff didn?t feel like correcting their mistake. My order is always without fail a 6 piece chicken nuggetmeal but somehow I always receive the incorrect order or am just missing the nuggets or frys. I hope that in writing a reviewthat this location will encourage their staff to do at least the bare minimum in customer service aka not just staring at acustomer when they walked in and acting like we shouldn?t be here. You are all employed here to serve food. You should be ableto not only offer service to those who walk in but provide the actual order in a timely fashion. Also today my nuggets werestale. Saturday morning 1/9/21 was the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald's. I have only seen this kinda of behavior on... Youtube. The order was repeated several times at the menu, then again at the first window(where the employee wasn't even in auniform) no pleasantries. Moved to the next window where the food was handed out again without any good customer servicegreeting.. once the food was checked an the special request order was wrong we go back thru the drive up window greeted with thestatement that the issue is the next windows problem, we go to the next window an already a bag was handed out the windowwithout even hearing the problem, which the order was done again wrong, grey shirt lady argues, I heard the order which shestates exactly what we order "Muffin with egg and cheese only" . When I show her that it was only a sausage Muffin, she finallygives the right sandwich. Then the employee tells us to get out of here. An just shuts the window on us, no apologies. Thismornings crew put shame on your whole establishment. I hope the right person sees this an get those employees the the propertraining on customer service. 5 of us including my granddaughter ate sausage egg and cheese McMuffins or biscuits & hash browns. Within hours we were all... sick! Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Classic food poisoning. I've attempted to speak with the manager no answer or phone isbusy. I wanted to let them know about this. I also wanted to ask if there were any other reported cases. In addition I'vereported this to multiple sites. Apparently many McDonald's restaurants have reported cases. Stay away! Read more
