I asked for fresh fries and they assured me they were fresh but nope they looked like redunked fries! If you've gotten fresh... fries or worked in a fast food place, you know what fresh looks like and these are not it!!! When a customer says "I'll wait forfresh" that means they'll wait for fresh!!! The place is listed as 24 Hours. But they close the drive-thru before 3AM. The hour between 2AM and 3AM is prime time for late... night eating. People leave the bars and are hungry. I watched three people before me go through the drive-thru and leave becausethe employees blocked it off. If you're going to say you're open 24/hrs, then be open 24/hrs. Otherwise, list online that youclose at 2AM and open at 3AM. Absolutely ridiculous. They are refusing good business. Read more
Usually McDonald's has workers that are not of the highest caliber, actually more so the bottom of the barrel to be completely... honest. Much to my surprise though, this McDonald's has good, hard working, well mannered employees. As far as I can tell prettymuch every employee at this McDonald's are well trained and very respectful. Now I just wish that all other McDonald's locationscould model after these employees work ethics. But that would be asking too much, only in a perfect world. If it's 24hr why is the drive thru always closed?? It's 5:30am, I work at 6am, I just wanted a breakfast sandwich. Big... bummy. Unable to add another review sooo just went through, tried to get a dipped cone, it wasn't communicated they don't servethose anymore so I got a melted mess in a cup w hot fudge and a cone stuck on top....how am I supposed to eat this? Yall didn'teven give me a spoon. And then I called to complain because I went through drive through and the managers only response was"it's not on the menu" okay fair but I asked the person working the drive thru and she said yes. I never leave reviews but this McDonald's succeeded in making me want to. Firstly we waited close to 15 minutes for our curbside... pickup order even as the drive thru was flowing smoothly. I get I could've gone through the drive thru, but why have curbsideopen if it's too much to ask one person to walk the food out. Obviously, the food had been sitting for a while as it was allcold and rubbery, plus they didn't even fill the drinks all the way. My girlfriend was upset as she spent her whole breakwaiting for the food with me, so she calls. Manager was nice and offered to remake the food. We get there and proceed to waitanother 10 minutes for 20 nuggets and 2 chicken sandwiches (it's still not busy at all no one else inside and maybe 5 cars inthe drive thru). Meanwhile the employees are laughing and taking videos of each other. They were all decently polite, but noneof them seemed to take their job seriously and the manager didn't seem to do anything about it. I get it's McDonald's and it'scheap, but we still paid for food to be fresh and out in a timely manner and that didn't happen. Also they didn't remake ourfries which was the one thing that was kind of fresh the first time, so of course they were cold when we finally got back. Read more
