WORST McDonald?s!!! There has not been a single time I haven?t come to this McDonald?s and not waited in their drive thru... reserve spot. I have waited for my food even up to 30 minutes?. It?s supposed to be FAST FOOD yet I always end up waiting, it isfrustrating specially when you have hungry kids. Also, somehow they always mess something up with my order. I still don?tunderstand what is the purpose of the mobile app if you?re not really putting in your order ahead and still have to wait. Read more

Maybe if they stop playing and do their job they might be able to get the order correct. I ordered six large combos got all... medium drinks. I got 3 ten piece chicken nuggets I ask for ranch and barbecue they give me sweet and sour. O yeah I didn?t or aquarter pounder but that was in my bag. These are same people who want $15 Read more

There's NO WATER OR SOAP IN THE BATHROOMS!! I had to go ask for toliet paper. I had a 4 year old needing the rest room these ppl... act like i was don't something to them. There's no ketchup, napkins, or literally anything to eat with. This place is horriblegetting orders to the dining room. we waited over 30 mins for a happy meal. Read more

Ordered a hash brown and a hot coffee black. Ordered at 10:40 and had to ask about my order and was given it at 11:07. No orders... were being called out someone mentioned they were still waiting 40 minutes. Even the drive thru was getting messed up. Someonewaiting for sauces for 5 min. The employee Martha has one of the most disgusting attitudes I have seen, she did not want to help us at the cash register and... told us to use the self check out. Furthermore we asked for ranched once we received our order and gave us 2 on a $25 order,then we asked for more she then tell us we have to buy more if we want more then gets mad when we want to buy more then Marthalets out a loud sigh of irritation. Lately the drive thru is more like a curbside I do understand the meaning behind it and I don't think is fair for the costumer... to got on line and then have to park upfront, the reason we choose a drive-thru is for the convenience. The morning crew really didn't want to work at all the time I went there in the past f days. The crew could not get any orders... right, the manager had to check about 15 orders that were ALL WRONG !!! people standing for about 20 minutes or more myselfincluded. Not one worker has a smile on their faces ( NOT ONE MANGER INCLUDED ) THE teenage workers have attitudes I feel thisplace needs people with happier faces in the mornings to get the day going. Can't get an apple pie because quote "the employee that is in charge of watching when the pies are getting low and need to put... more in, he's not paying attention." So I'm said ' fire him!' then I get this burger. The cheese is not melted and is cold.Another employee not doing his/her job. Thank goodness I didn't drive thru at a nuclear plant!
