Whoever is running the morning service needs to stop!! They?re quick to give you a number after paying but have you waiting +30... mins. So they can forget half of your order and make you get off. So I usually don't ever right reviews but I work down the road from this location so go here often but this morning i got there... there at 8:50 am and I didn't leave till 9:30 am. The wait was super long and they didn't get my order right. I also come herefor lunch as well almost everyday and I ask for an ice-cream cone everyday of the week but the employee's always say the machineis down and I know for fact there to lazy to clean i hear them say something like oh I don't feel like doing it every singletime. Had a mobile order, and ended up having to pay cash because no one was at the 1st window. The order wasn't made correct nuggets... were cold. Took the order back, and you think they would of made it fresh NO they didn't. Gave us the same cold nuggets, and thesame burger all they did was add the meat and more lettuce. Read more
This McDonald's just can't seem to get it right! I ordered a cheeseburger combo with NO onions and to lo and behold one had... onions and one didn't have pickles. I told the employee at the counter so, he took the burgers back but they didn't make newburgers. Instead they just put ten pickles in each burger so, one still had onions. I never leave reviews but had to on this one! This is the only 24 hr location that has employees that do their job! Give them a... raise! I went to four other 24 Hour locations at 3 am after an all-night softball tournament and the other ones all had excuses-?we?re closed?(then why are you still there at 3 am??), ?we?re behind on breakfast so we?re not taking anymore orders rightnow,? and ?our system is down so we can?t take your order.? In the 5 days I've ordered curbside here, I've had issues every single time. Twice the wait for my order reached 45 minutes... after I arrived, watching people who arrived after me get their food before me. Then when I received the food, it was cold,like it had been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes. 2 of the visits I made, I had to get a refund because "we don't havesmoothies" and the final vist I was given a refund for a "special" minute maid smoothie, for a total of 3 refunds. If you don'tstock an item, take it off your menu! I don't want to waste time and gas to come here only to be told the item I made the tripfor is unavailable! I used to love this location, but recently it's been hell even getting my order right. Don't come here ifyou have a choice! The worse customer service I?ve ever received! Liliana the Night Shift manager did little to nothing to help us. We were given a... sticky note and told to park and wait for our order we waited 20 minutes for our food and we kept mentioning to the peoplebrining out our order we missing half our order. An employee told us to come inside and address the issue to the manager so itcan be addressed. Once we went inside we were hit by Liliana?s Attitude asking how we got in. We respectfully told her theemployee told us to talk to her and we let her know that we were missing half of order and she kept telling us she packed ourorder three times we told her we didn?t have our order. She then snatched the receipt from my hands and three bags later arguingwith me she finally gave us our order. We asked For ranch and bbq sauce and again she argued it was in the bag and I again Itold her we didn?t have any sauces. 1 bbq sauce and 1 ranch later for 20 chicken nuggets, 4 hot and spicy a large fry later.Never again. I did a mobile order. It took 25 minutes to get my order. I had to call and remind them I was out there. She said they sent... someone out with my order. I never saw anyone. Fries were warm burger was cold and could tell it had been made way before Ireceived it. Read more
