Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. Guess I need to speak Spanish for the staff to understand me. Ordered from... the kiosk so there would be no confusion, but didn't receive all the items, when I asked for the missing item I was calledrude. Threw the food away and left. Read more
Went tonight and mobile ordered with curbside like I always do. Was waiting for 20 minutes. I kept seeing people trying to go... inside and walking away. I called and someone, not very nicely, let me know that the lobby was closed so they were not walkingfood out to curbside. Had to wait again in the long drive thru line. I try to be patient and understanding that they havesomething crazy going on but no one was apologetic or anything. They had my order sitting there the entire time but i wasthrilled to finally get my cold food. Hope everything was okay inside. Read more
These days people with good work ethic and customer service skills is slim to none in fast food or retail. I had lunch at the... 7th st and Bell rd location today with my daughter and Earline just blew me away. First of all she recommended a big Mac dealwhere we get a second item for one dollar so that saved me money and she help me save money in the app. When she wasn?t takingorders I watched her clean tables and the refreshments area. She greeted everyone that walked through the door. It?s rare to seepeople work hard with a good attitude so I wanted to acknowledge it. I hope she appreciated! Read more
Someone took a bite out of my burger patty! I opened it up to fix a pickle and I saw a complete bite missing out of my patty.... Called to try to talk to a manager but it's late and no one is answering the phone. I hope someone reaches out about this, I'mabsolutely livid and disgusted. Read more
Dove thru: made assumptions about my order and told me what to get in a clipped tone rather than asking politely. Then, although... I was the only one in line, had me pull around the building and wait elsewhere for my food. I wonder if they do that to cheattheir numbers? Definitely not returning. Read more
Strange front doors that you open with your foot...what the what...yeah that's odd....not a lot of staff so things take a... while... including cleaning the dining room. The order kiosks didn't work properly but one isn't notified of that until you goall the way through the process. Also odd. They need more hands at this location. Read more
I live close by but I'm never coming back. I waited so long in the mobile pickup my car battery died. The chipped tooth hick who... gave me my order said she was the only person who drove there and she didn't have jumpers. When I told her I did she went silentand walked away. Also just came here to get a slush after urgent care because I had strep throat and they took so long the damnthing was mostly melted. Good thing a friend is nearby to help because these people couldn't care less. Read more
Let me just say the manager at this location working the closing shift on Friday night was absolutly wonderful. However, the... male employee that works the window with a ponytail needs a lesson on being a decent human being. Rolling his eyes and gettingupset with a horrible attitude.
