I will never understand why they put somebody outside to take orders who stand so close to the pay window and never moves. 15... cars in line and he just stands there when he could be inside helping to make the food move faster. Either walk the line or makethe food but don't stand there and do nothing. Read more
I went through the drive-thru just after 9 on a Saturday morning and there was a person running the show, taking orders, much... like Chick-Fil-A. It worked really well so no complaints, but it did surprise me. Service was good, if a bit neutral as far asfriendliness goes -- but Saturday mornings, I get it -- and I had no issues with my order. This is suppose to be a crispy deluxe chicken sandwich. I told the drive thru person 3 times that I wanted the crispy deluxe... chicken sandwich. I get home by the pic u can see I did not receive what I ordered. They jus rush rush don't take the time tocheck check!!! Read more
Just ordered from here from the drive-thru tonight. I got home and my fries were so overcooked as to be brown and snapping.
Horrible service make you sit either for 25+ minutes for a large iced coffee. Or like when I ordered from the app for 3.89 two... iced caramel coffees it took the 3.89 but when I got to the window not even 5 mins after I placed it they said I needed to pay2.17 for it. They said I had been in line too long so that's why I have to pay again. I used this app almost EVERYDAY. I workacross the street I get lunch there EVERYDAY. They refused to continue even after I showed them it took the money out. I drovearound went inside to speak with manager. Manager proceeded to tell me it was due to insufficient funds. Even after I showed herit took the money out I PAID AND I HAD WELL ENOUGH MONEY TO COVER A 3 DOLLARS AND 89 CENT CHARGE. Never gave me my order.Manager was EXTREMELY rude.... Read more

Owners of this location are GREEDY!!! They were already the most expensive McDonalds. Now they think their little McDouble is... worth $5.19 and the Bacon McDouble is $6.36. A Quarter pounder is almost $9!!!!!! Any McDonalds down the street or anywhere elsein the valley is $3-$3.80 for a McDouble. This locations owners are just GREEDY!!! Read more
