The worst McDonald's experienve ive ever had. No joke, a 1 hour wait for 20 nuggets. Drive through full of cars, people waiting... inside. It reached a point where they brought down shutters to block people coming in. People ordering on there app, that could not come in, people in the restaurant that couldn't leave. It's McD's. How good can the food be, but it's was as good as any. Drive-thru service was terrible! Menu board said each of the... breakfast items would be "back soon" which turned out to be wrong as they had everything. After ordering & paying at 1st window,I repeated order to server at 2nd window 6 TIMES! Still, she got it wrong and I had to go inside to have corrected. Manager wastexting on her cell phone with her back to the counter, completely oblivious to everyone around her. Never thought I'd say it,but I'm looking forward to the robots! Read more
Ordered on the app, most convenient and picked up thru drive thru. Had to return to store because the fries were overcooked and... crunchy. Went inside and they cooked some fresh ones for me. The entire time I was waiting for them, the staff in the kitchenwere complaining about work not engaging with me ir the other customers. Read more
McDonald's is always great for a predictable experience in customer service and food. I stopped in today for some iced coffee,... and recieved exactly the great experience I was expecting. 10/10 will go again. Read more
This McDonald's is now a double lane drive thru which makes things quicker. The staff is friendly. Food is served to you hot.
I go here every single day, sometimes twice a day. I love to see everyone that works here.. Especially the morning crew. Alan,... is by far the best! But everyone there makes sure, I'm taken care of daily. Best service ever at this McDonald's! Thank you forsmiling everyday, and making it a good morning for me. You guys rock! Read more
Becoming less satisfied with McDonald's each time I visit a different location except for the one on I-17 & Deer Valley Rd. At... this location we ordered a Pokémon Happy Meal and a large order of fries. They gave us a Space Jam Happy Meal (which was a dealbreaker for our granddaughter), her drink filled an inch shy of the top, and a 3/4 full large fries container. We took it allback in and asked them to correct it. I thought this was just unique to one location, but it seems to be a pattern at everylocation I've visited in the Phoenix area except one. And of course, most of them advertise ice cream cones but don't have aworking ice cream machine. Read more
I really don?t like McDonald?s but my granddaughter loves it!! I ordered a double cheeseburger but received a single burger. My... granddaughter loves the Chicken McNuggets with sweet and sour sauce and fries!! Way over price for the quality of food!! $$$ next time back to Chick-fil-A . Read more
