It took forever to get our in store pick-up order. Seemed like the place was understaffed and there was one person working... pickup / in store and he was hustling. This would have been a 1 star review except for him. He was great. There's too muchfocus on drive thru and short times from order to pickup and pay. I hate this location! Every single time something is wrong! I keep thinking it will change, maybe a different employee... preparing my order will make a difference but NOPE! it never fails. I'm never going back to this location. I got the acompletely different order this time. Other times my order isn't correct, the fries are ALWAYS old and cold. Im so done withthis location. First of all is hot in here. Second their iced coffee is disgusting and I asked for them to remake it she used the same drink... and added caramel to it. The iced coffee didn't have ice and when she supposedly remade it still no ice Their French fries werecold and nasty. worst service I ever had. Read more
I would give zero if I could. I just moved here from out of state and this is the McDonald?s nearest to my home, I?ve tried this... place a couple times and every time there?s been an issue but nothing as nasty and disturbing as this. As I pulled up to the intercom to order i was waiting for them to acknowledge me but they didn't so I kept saying hello hoping... they will respond back but it took a good while. After I order a hot n spicey with no mayo, add tomato and pickles I get nochicken in it. Read more
A couple weeks ago, my wife called to see if the limited edition boxes/toys were available, she was told yes. She drove down... and after a fairly long wait after ordering, they told her they did not have the toys. Last week we went and ordered breakfastvia drive thru. They gave us the food and asked to park upfront and they will take our orange juice & frappe momentarily. Wewaited about 20 minutes, during this time frame 3 employees came out and tried giving us the incorrect order. I told each wejust needed our drinks. No one was able to tell me why it was taking so long. After another 10 min, I went inside and asked forrefund, at this point our food was cold. Took about another 10-15 minutes to wait for manager to process refund. During thistime every new order was receiving their drinks on the spot. I was dumfounded from this situation. From time we order til weleft, we spent a bit over 40 minutes waiting for 2 drinks and refund. This location will never receive another cent from me! Read more
