The oil they use to cook their fries and chicken in is rancid. It tastes old and I mean old old. The line does get long... sometimes as others have mentioned. The food is not fresh and I had almost rotten tomatoes on my sandwich today. I definitelywill not be returning. Read more
Food is nice and fresh but employees are rude. Bought 3 large drink with our meals and we were given 3 small cups took the cups... back and told them I paid for large and cashier snapped her eyes and made a comment. Honestly if they don't like their job thenfind another.. Not the first time, I've had a bad experience with this location. Their ice cream machine is always not working. The drive thru... is slow takes almost 20 minutes everything, the crew are rude and this last time the food was bad fries tasted very old and thecheese burger had mold on it. Every time I go to McDonald's it's always a big mistake. I just need to learn a lesson and stop going to McDonald's. Always get... my orders wrong. Even when I just get a cup of coffee ????????. It's amazing how bad service has become in the fast food industry. It's not because they are short staffed, it's because they... are more worried about all of the online orders first. This is another good example. It took 18 minutes to get my food. It wasnot any special orders, just their staple breakfast items. I won't use this McDonald's again. Read more
They don't even deserve even one star. I was in line good 5 minutes. They don't want to go to the registry to get orders. They... will look at you and turn around. We were passing through the Phoenix area and stopped for a quick breakfast. We wanted to sit outside and get some fresh air, but... the outdoor tables were completely disgusting. The inside dining area was well cared for, and workers were polite. Therestrooms were also presentable. Read more
Where is customer service ever? I ordered two hot and spices and they gave me too hot and spicy?s into cheeseburgers no coffee... and then on top of that. They called Manager to give me a refund.
