This is the third time I went to this location and had a problem with the manager (Alana). THIS TIME CUTS IT!!! I was... discriminated. This time I got called racial remarks, bullied about the color of skin, told to go back where I belonged becauseI asked for a bag with handles and 3shots of espresso! I Literally! Are you freaking kidding me?!!! Keep in mind this is thesecond order I placed within minutes. The bag was for the food that was still being sent out ( I am an adult, who shouldn't haveto explain ). . The whole time the employer-Theresa ( who are making the remarks ) is steady saying things. Not once did Alanaapologize nor try to shut down the remarks that was being made. She kept handing me bag refused to provide The older Lady'sname - Until the older lady said it. I am being humiliated at. No type of protection even from myself. Uh, the best McDonald's we've been to in a long time! Great staff! Great service! Clean dining room. Clean restroom. The orders... always get filled correctly and quickly. The ambiance is classy: great decorations and relaxing jazz is always playing. We sitat the freestanding table with the super comfortable freestanding chairs. Went for a frappe. Saw on menu board that they were out for now. Cashier asked what we wanted. Told her and she said they were... not out of frappe and took our order plus the lady behind us was happy and she ordered a frappe as well. It was so hot outsideand tasted so good. It's McDonald's. If you can afford it, I recommend going literally anywhere else. The only reason they get three stars and... nothing less is because the food is consistent. Read that however you want. Consistently bad or consistently.. other I guess.It's McDonald's. You know why you're here, I know why you're here, they definitely know why you're here.
