Placed an order through the app, choosing extra ketchup and no pickles. Got pickles and very little ketchup. This has... happened the last three times I have ordered here. Unfortunately five people that were not doing mobile orders parked in themobile orders spot and you do not have a choice to just type in a vehicle description or somewhere else that you have parked somy only choice was to go through the drive-thru and when I went through the drive-thru they had me pull around the front of thebuilding to wait in line to bring it out front anyway. Not that the store has control over where people park but the rest ofthe lot was empty and I think it's because there are only two signs and they are pretty small.07/28 they still can't make myorder right. 11/14 kiosk allowed me to order items that were not available and evening manager didn't know how to fix it. Order is either WRONG or MISSING EVERY time. They obviously DO NOT care about getting your order right. Had to repeat the order... multiple times and let them know it's because of a food allergy.... They don't care. Remade the order and they put it on AGAIN!When I spoke to an employee(over the phone) they told me that they watched it be remade and that I was lying! BAD customerservice, disrespectful, poor quality food and employees. This is an ONGOING issue. Not the first, second, third, or even 4thtime. It's just not worth going.... I am no longer coming to this location, everytime i order something is always missing. I get a meal with an extra large frie... because sometimes the sandwiches dont come as meals. And they always miss a frie. Or i have been using the app and use a couponfor 2 free fries with my order of chicken nuggets now maybe the coupon over rides the other order of nuggets but i always haveto go back and get my other nuggets that i have paid for Read more
It was good as usual and if I remember correctly I got a cheeseburger with extra pickles and onions, and ice cream machines... frequently seem to be down but other than that, McDonald's is good for eating out and saving money on their app and fast goodfood. Read more
The staff are always friendly and my food always taste great. I wish that the McDonald?s by my house was as great as this one.... Also thank you to the young man that helped me yesterday I waited about maybe 10-15 minutes for my order and he was king enoughto give me a coupon for a free meal. I really appreciate that. This McDonald's is one I usually try to avoid, the food is pretty good as most McDonald's. My only issue is sometimes the... burgers and sandwiches look like they're thrown together so instead of getting lettuce all over the sandwich it's just clumpedup into one please and they never put enough sauce usually it's just a dab on the bread that covers maybe one bite. I don't know who trained the drive thru order taker on the date 12/2/22 at roughly 10 pm but they need to be retrained who... trains someone to continuously interrupt someone then rush them to order that made me so upset with my interaction that I justleft from the amount of disrespect she gave me I don't care if she's in a hurry to close she shouldn't be interrupting orrushing a customer that's impolite and poor business choice I will most likely stop coming here after being a customer for over10 years now due to this experience because if this person was improperly trained it leads me to believe others are too and Ican possibly get the same outcome please explain to your employees that rushing and interrupting a customer asking a questionwill only lose the company business one customer can make you lose 10 those 10 can make you lose 100 please fix this issue andfind out who led this to be believed as okay Read more
