Tonight's drive thru cashier was very rude. She interrupted our order to mention "cash only" and they weren't taking orders for... milk shakes. She was so rude when paid, giving us our change. She then handed our order and closed the door. It felt like shewas throwing our food at us. This hasn't been the 1st time we had this experience but it is my 1st time reviewing it. Read more
Through the drive thru, I first waited in the first window for several long minutes until the car behind me honked. No workers... told me that the first window was closed. Well that was embarrassing. Then I go to pay, they forget my recipt. Then after cominghome, I noticed they forgot the sauces for the 40 nuggets. I had to eat it bland. I CAN SAY THIS IS THE WORST McDonald's in the southeast valley. I live1/2 mile away and go often. They are rarely open for... service in the morning and 4 times I have checked lobby doors at 6:15 am and doors are locked no signs of why. Many times Icecoffee was not available and drive thru service was slow AND NOT FRIENDLY. . I WILL DRIVE 5 MILES FROM HOME TO AVOID THISLOCATION AT 40TH ST AND Chandler blvd.. Read more
The worst franchise I have ever visited and I?ve reviewed one before. 15 min wait for pickup through the app, cold food, all... items jammed into the bag that the bag exploded in the car, top on sundae came off and ice cream was running down the side asshe was handing it to me, all while being served by someone with no social skills whatsoever. At Drive thru: "A 2c Deluxe Qtr Pounder meal, large with a Coke" "Okay sir with a large Coke?" "Yes please" Had to wait on... fries, but at least she did not ask me to pull around and park. The Manger was very nice n good customer service. She was proficient n fast. She kept her employees moving n making sure all... orders were made in in a timely manner. This time we only waited @ 10 minutes to get our order. Read more
