The BEST wings ever I havent tried any good wings, I wish they can come to Mexico Guadalajara I Miss them So Much
The service is the worst!! Everrr!! They ask me for more id's than crossing the border!! Terrible service they truly deserve no star! Placed a phone order around 6pm they said it would be ready in 45mins. Given it was... a weekend I showed up in a hour to my surprise my order was not yet ready. I waited an additional hour in the establishment withno accurate update of when my 2 dozen wings & large pizza would be ready. I finally requested to cancel my order the manager forthat night Victor didn?t care at all nor apologized for the terrible service provided. Safe to say I will not be coming back tothis location! So many bad reviews, only reason they get business is because they got the name "long wongs" lol. This long wongs must be family... owned they are all so rude you can go in there with the biggest smile and come out with bad energy because that's what theemployees are giving. Bad experience with "Karina" today horrible service. Customer service fairly lackluster, burger didn't even take up the whole bun, the bun was dry, fries weren't warm. Chili cheese... fries were mediocre at best. If you're not getting wings, just go to Sonic. Read more
I am never one to complain but this place is literally not the same anymore. Wings and just the food in general is very... overpriced. Also, the soda tasted very metallic and nasty. 20 wings lemon pep and honey hot I always come here for pizza and wings and I'm never disappointed seems call orders are always... a bust just get your buns in here n eat I never have no issue pizza is cheesy and delicious wings are always well done how Ilike them so if you prefer wiggly chicken skin askm lol margarita was good didn't feel nothing tho hahaha I never do anywheremust cuz because im eatn but it was good I did taste alky in it lol its a lil pricey but well worth it to me..my advice is getur butts in for a better experience waiter was nice but not all up in yo stuff that's how I like it lol Read more
I found a hair in the wings , we ate there and told the staff , they were suppose to refund the amount for the wings that we... didn?t eat (they were individual portions and we found the hair in my sons ) I was told it would go back to my card , theyapologized and I understood BUT the money never went back to my card , I?ve called twice and spoke to Joseph who says he is thesupervisor yet cannot help me and says he will give my Info to the manager but I never get a follow up call. it was our firstand last time there , so disappointed Read more
