Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. We will not be eating here again. So they had forgotten our extra piece of fish 6 months... ago and we had called. The manager had said they put our name on a list and we can just ask for it when we come back through. Sowe had ordered our food, we told the guy at the window and he said he was from another store. He didn't know anything about alist. So we ask if he could ask someone else. He refused and insisted that it was too long ago. While I understand it was 6months ago, but why tell customer there is a list and we can come back to get it. Basically, Long John just took from us for notcoming earlier to get our food without telling us. Read more

Went through the drive through,. I wanted to order the Classic Cod Meal. The person on the other end had no idea what that was. ... I said it was two pieces of cod, chips, and coleslaw. Oh, a drink. The employee said, we don't have chips, but we have fries, ortortilla chips with queso. ( This is a taco bell) fries, I said. I was already frustrated, I should have checked my meal. Nocoleslaw, the fries were stone cold, the cod was like a leather shoe and stone cold. The huspuppes were cold but good. Totalcost $8.13 . It will cost me $2.00 to go back and return from the Taco bell . I have called the weights and measures and thehealth department. I think it's in unsafe for the restaurant to sell cold food and food that has been sitting for a long periodif time. Unfortunately this is not my first attempt at getting a good meal from this Taco bell. Jan 3 2022,. Still bad food. Ithink it's gotten worse. What a shame. Hello manager or corporate office.
