Disgusting cold under cooked.. I was told my pizzas would take 35 mins. I got there 30 mins later and the pizzas all cold. My... cheesy bread was the ONLY decent thing. Jennifer L. was very rude. Didn?t greet, didn?t smile, long face no expression you cantell she hates her job but should that be our problem? No! Bad attitude and very angry looking. My pizzas were so cold that onmy ?works? pizza the sausages looked white, peppers weren?t toasty cheese didn?t stretch and get this, THE PIZZAS WERENT EVENCUT all the way through. The big Mexican guy that was working with the dark neck was extremely rude. Customers were nice and polite asking how long there... orders were going to be. I called 2 place a phone order and showed up in 15 minutes as I was told the wait would be, arrive and the cashier says we do... not have an order for your name , reordered waited 15 and the cashier still didn't get my order right! Everytime I order fromthis little Ceasars it an issue with my order never again will I purchase from this little Ceasars! Read more

Very disappointed with their service. I needed to order 13 pizzas for a church activity and was unable to do so online with... this location. I came on the day before to order and pay. After processing the transaction, they did not want to give me areceipt. I insisted and finally got a "receipt" - just handwritten on a order pad. Another individual from the church broughtthe "receipt" back the next day to pick up the pizza. He was told by an employee and manager the order was not paid for. Aftermuch frustration and insisting it was paid...the manager finally found the order had never been finalized. This is the reason Iinsisted on getting some type of receipt! This location is very unorganized and apparently staff is not trained very well. Iwill never use this location again. Read more

Sad th8s place is been behind on costumer service they don't have hot and ready on time and this pas time took forever for the... pizza to be ready , when I got the confirmation that the pizza was in the portal it was not my name and when I ask the told meto wait and there where like 20 people in lobby, and 1 cashier. Finally I asked again one person in the back and express myconcer that they gave my pizza before to some one else and I didn't want this to happen again, that when he look and realize they put my pizza with some other lady name that why my code was not working Read more

Yesterday, I used the app to order 3 pizzas and 2 buffalo wings. I got the notification that my order was ready at 6:20 and to... come pick it up. I walked in and seen it wasn?t in the portal oven and asked for my order. The blonde man told me that they werestill making it. I being someone who works in the food service was okay and understood that sometimes the tech doesn?t workright or they pinged me by accident. I decided to wait inside with the group of other customers as it was raining . I honestlywish I hadn?t as I seen the workers begin to slap each other with the dough on the face and then use it for customers. A manalso broke the portal oven door and stole two pizza and the workers were not even surprised and laughed in the customers facewhen they asked the pizza to be made again. They also allowed children to run behind the counter and didn?t say anything to theparents. I didn?t get my order until 7:30 and people were in their waiting longer than I was. Read more

What even happened last night?? Placed an online order, got home and we had the wrong pizza. We drove back and the cashier... person said we would get our correct one in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later and we're sweating it's so hot. So many people waitingfor corrections. We ask what's going on with our pizza. Then they say they need another 26 minutes. Hello? That's not okay. Gota refund and left hungry and disappointed. Terrible. I normally eat at this little Caesers but this time the pizza was bad. I ordered two pizzas and two orders of wings.... We live less than 5 minutes from this store. We ordered online and showed up at the projected time. We had to wait an additional20 minutes after arriving to get our food. When we got home all the food was cold and the thin crust pizza was over cooked. Wehad to microwave all the food. That is ridiculous. I then tried to call the store to speak with a manager and no one wouldanswer the phone. This was completely unacceptable. Read more
