I went inside to place a simple order. Ultimate Supreme Pizza and Crazy Bread. I was quoted 8-12 minutes and it took more like... 20. Wasn't that busy. And all the employees were goofing around without a care in the world. Not very good management of storeemployees. A lot to be desired. Read more
Would leave 0 stars if possible. First time I ordered Little Caesars in over 20 years. Now I remember why. According to emails... and the app my pizza was in the oven and shortly after ready for pick-up. When I went to pick it up I was told that they didn'tprep enough dough and couldn't make my pizza. 75% 9f the time the "convenient" drive through isn't open. Ordering ahead of time doesn't make any kind of difference because... you'll end up waiting anyway. I placed an online order that said it was ready, when I went through the drive through to find itclosed and then when I went inside I find out that it wasn't quite as ready as the app had notified me it was. I had to call three times before they would answer the phone. When I went in to get my pizza around 1:30pm on April 27, 2022... that I ordered, there was three employees just standing around while the phone just rang. Not good service. We ordered pizza onJuly 29, 2022. This time they answered the phone. I placed an order. When I went to pick it, it was ready on time. I went to the store in Phoenix Arizona with temperature at 114°. I had a cup in my hands. I asked for some water for myself my... wife and my two dogs. The gentleman behind the counter said he could give me water but not in my cup. I say that's fine. Hecomes back with a sauce cup with water in it! I laugh, and ask if he's kidding.
