I specifically asked if the pizza is fresh & the guy said oh yeah, it's hot, it just came out. I got home about 5 min later and... it's ROOM TEMPATURE! I would've waited for hot ones, that's why I asked! I called and AJ the manager said they can replace thembut I didn't feel like driving over again. I felt like he didn't believe me. This is my favorite location and it's because of Shelton! He is absolutely amazing! He works so hard and I was here on one of... the most busiest day I've ever seen. Seems a little short handed, but he smiles and is friendly to every person. His customerservice should not go unnoticed. We need more people like him in the world. Read more
