I ordered a pizza online and paid for it. When I went to pick it up they had given my order to somebody else. They would not... correct the order or give me a refund. When I spoke to their mgr they said call the corporate office. Called them and still nocontact back. So no money or pizza. Their customer service is horrible. Read more
Still love the bread sticks and The Fanceroni rocks and is amazing! It definitely deserved 5 stars. Had to knock off a star for... the wait time. Was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. 35 minutes later and we were finally done. Other than that, food wasawesome. Read more
Called 2 other locations, a side of marinara comes with the crazy bread. Tell me why the employees at this establishment are... more rude and uncommunicative, and don?t know how to do their own jobs. Waiting for an hour to get one single pepperoni pizza that came out to me cold. They didn't bother to tell me my pizza was ready... till it was cold, I'm very upset that I got handed a cold pizza and it was cut very unevenly all while waiting for an hour.....The workers are VERY VERY VERY slow it was beyond ridiculous, I'll never go back, so you get -10 stars Read more
IT WAS ALL CRISPY / BURNED. I ordered a cheese thin crust pizza, breadstick combo and Italian cheese bread and it came via... doordash. When I opened my breadsticks bag they were all hard and my pizza has hardly ANY CHEESE and is TOO CRISPY, its way overcooked or they heated the oven too high to cook it faster and it's overdone; I would rather play frisbee with it... Unfortunately this location is by far one of the worst I've ever been to. Not only does it have horrible horrible Pizza. But it... unfortunately does have good customer service. I wish the people that work there had a better opportunity to excel. I've eatenLittle Caesars for many many years at many locations and unfortunately this one is beyond a joke. Forget about ordering the $5pizza because you won't get a pizza that's anything other than garbage. I've always gotten the extra most bestest ever since itcame out and are fine with paying the extra fee. Until I saw what they gave me literally it was pure grease soggy and wasn'teven cut straight one side of the pizza had more crust on it then the entire pizza combined. When I asked for crushed redpeppers the packets they give you for free they said they no longer do that and they offer a bottle for sale. I was informedthat all locations do this but clearly that is not true because the location on Happy Valley and 35th Avenue still gives mecrushed red pepper packets for free and their pizzas are phenomenal. bad location bad food stay away Read more
One of the better Little Caesar's in the neighborhood. Usually pretty fast for special orders and if not made right, they'll... make it again. Helps a lot when you have a family member with certain food allergies. Read more
