I ordered a pizza online and paid for it. When I went to pick it up they had given my order to somebody else. They would not... correct the order or give me a refund. When I spoke to their mgr they said call the corporate office. Called them and still nocontact back. So no money or pizza. Their customer service is horrible. Read more
Still love the bread sticks and The Fanceroni rocks and is amazing! It definitely deserved 5 stars. Had to knock off a star for... the wait time. Was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. 35 minutes later and we were finally done. Other than that, food wasawesome. Read more

Waiting for an hour to get one single pepperoni pizza that came out to me cold. They didn't bother to tell me my pizza was ready... till it was cold, I'm very upset that I got handed a cold pizza and it was cut very unevenly all while waiting for an hour.....The workers are VERY VERY VERY slow it was beyond ridiculous, I'll never go back, so you get -10 stars Read more
