We went inside and ordered a cheese pizza and they said it will be 20 minutes, so we cane back in 20 minutes. We picked up the... label stated pepperoni but inside was cheese. The pizza was so dry and the cheese was dry. I called today for the complaint ofthe pizza spoke to Manager Alex he stated he had to speak to the manager from yesterday to see how the pizza came out and hecould not help me till then. I asked for the GM information and he said he couldn't give that out. I did tell Alex I would begiving a Google review and he is okay have a good day. Read more

Ordered online for “asap” still waiting 35 mins later. Tracker says it has been in the oven for 25 minutes. I finally walk... in to ask, and the cashier doesn’t greet me. He replaced the receipt paper, walked in the back for 2 mins then came back andasked how he could help me. I asked where my order was and he said “they didn’t keep track of it very well, it will be outin a few mins”. I ordered online a pizza and crazy bread Got to the store to pick it up about 2 minutes before it should have been ready... according to the App So I sat out in the car and waited a couple minutes to see if it would be ready soon 5 minutes go by wheninside asked if my order was ready was told that it was not ready and would be shortly 20 minutes later My auto is still notready when inside asked again God told my auto would be up momentarily About 5 minutes later they finally placed my order in thepizza portal for me to pick up I go grab it walk out the door and don't realize that my pizza and crazy bread are not hot at allthe freaking cold tell me how my order wasn't ready if my pizza is cold the moment it goes in the Box this place needs to getits organizational skills back in order Read more

Worse store ever!!! Placed on line order in the morning for party... 6 pizzas went to pick up at 3pm and the store was locked... people inside waving hands to go away with no explanation. After being adamant the young man come speak to us he just said orderwas cancelled and we where refunded. Then was very rude saying they don't have order and we can place a new one. But afterseeing the 3 men very ungroomed employees putting pepperoni on pizza with no gloves or masks we stated no thank you and howawful that they would cancel not telling us order was not going to happen when we had a house full of hungry people waiting toeat. What's going on with this location? I placed an order with the app on January 4th and when I went to pick it up they had a sign... on the door saying closed and the people inside told me my order would be refunded within 24 hours. 6 days later I still do nothave a refund and tried to stop at the store today and they have another sign on the door saying they close at 9:00 p.m but thedoors are locked at 3:00 p.m.. Every time I go here the pizza isn’t very good compared to other locations. The dough is either very thin, or there isn’t... much sauce or it’s not cooked nice and hot even when I asked for freshly made. Sad because this is the closest one to me. Thebest Little Caesars I’ve ever had is the one on Indian School right off the 51 freeway. They’ve never disappointed. Read more

I have ordered pizza twice from here. Once I picked up and once I had it delivered. It was delicious, hot and fast. When I... picked it up in person the lady was so kind who work there to show me how to access it from the machine was it’s hot and readyand she even threw in some little shortbread cookie pizza cookies. They were so good and she was so nice. I love the pretzelpizza and I hope that it stays on the menu! The prices are amazing. Read more
