Called ahead to order few things and got told it will be ready in 20min? Came to store after 20min and they had nothing ready... not even one thing? The girl also went back to make a pizza with no gloves and did not even wash her hands after touching thecomputer? The worker was being kinda rude also after I got told it will be ready in 20min. Been going to this location since I was a little kid it use to be the best now it?s hit or miss city! They hella stingy w that... sauce and the dough is always deformed some kind of way! I hope they get it together the community deserves better quality! Read more
Went here Saturday 10/29 at 3pm and oh my goodness the unprofessional and drama in this facility. I had placed my order on... portal and it notified me the order was done (2 pepperoni, crazy bread combo, and (2) orders of wings) I get there and the lobbyis FULL of people now kind you this place is always packed so not abnormal but my goodness there were only 3 people working andthe ?manager? girl with green braids was ALL over the place and began to argue with customers AND employees. Both managers greenhair lady and the next assistant manager coming in taking her place begin bickering and arguing and both LEAVE. Meanwhile theother two employees don?t know what to do address more customers or make pizzas I asked for a refund because my order was nevere em placed and was told to write my name and portal number on a receipt and the manager would refund me when they got in stillhaven?t been refunded and each time I call no one answers for THE ENTIRE DAY!!! This place needs to be shut down poor managementand staff throughout. Read more
I placed my order at 12:38pm, I ordered two Pizzas and two order of breadsticks. Here it is 1:20pm and the cashier said, ?it's... going to be 15 more minutes? SMH we we the only ones here when we ordered. Terrible Customer Service. Read more
Ordered pizza on the app. Tracked it the whole way and got it as soon as it was done. Pizza was warm at best. So it had been... sitting there for who knows how long and they just didn?t want to update the app that it was ready. What I really think is thatthey took a old cheese pizza and just threw pepperoni on it and ran it through the oven for a minute. Trash location for sure,won?t be back anytime soon. Read more
We had to wait extra time because we where told by the staff that they didn?t have hot and ready pepperoni pizzas made. Finally... 30 min later we got our pizza. When we opened it it was an old pizza. It surly had been sitting there for a while. Our pizza wasso disappointing hard and cold. Getting to be such bad service.
